My 100 year old 100 feet high Live Oak Tree. 2 very large rotted branches removed along with pruning of smaller branches. Great job by the 3 guys done safely and with care.

I have been a contractor for 30 years. Extremely professional, Responsive, and competent. One thing I’ve learned over the course of my career is how little attention is paid to Construction risk. It is obvious that this company is an expert in its field. When it comes to tree removal, I would not trust any other company

As someone who has used other tree companies and been disappointed - I really wish I had gone with Louisville Tree Service from the very beginning! Their tree-trimming skills have made an amazing difference to our backyard - it's like night and day. The team was thorough and checked in with me several times during the day to make sure I was happy with the direction the job was taking. Amazing work. Definitely worth the money and I can't recommend them enough!

They were very reasonably priced compared to other contractors very professional very minimal interruption to my day besides it being loud for the wood chipper workers seem knowledgeable and now I have less worries about limbs falling. My yard has even less leaves and sticks in it than before they started. I had no damage besides some divots in my lawn from falling branches which is to be expected

I have always ended up using Louisville Tree Service, even after due diligence and getting other quotes. They are price competitive, have all the necessary equipment for my large trees, provide all services, and leave the site as good or better than when they arrived. I highly recommend you consider them for your tree maintenance.

I watched these guys take down an 80ft tree that spanned over 3 houses.

The strapped it, cut it, and lowered piece by piece. No swinging, no yelling, just 6 guys and a solid game plan.

Just moved here from out of state, contacted several companies, Louisville was one of three companies to return my call out of 10. LTS had contacted me, reviewed the project, sent out a quote and scheduled service before the others came to inspect project. Alex (inspector and gave quote) was extremely friendly (even giving recommendations for the area upon hearing we were new to Kentucky) and the office manager has been extremely friendly and helpful. The trees were dead on a HILL and with very TIGHT SPACE between surroundings, making equipment use minimal and requiring manual take down. I’d say an easier job overall but tedious and annoying due to equipment not being an option to use. They guys performing the work were funny and personable. On a professional note, they were extremely efficient and worked well. I had my doubts and concerns but they took the time to develop a well thought out plan of action and did an amazing job working within the tight confines of the property and buildings ON A HILL. They finished well before the projected finish time and even took the time to clean up the areas and debris left behind from the tree removal. The company had offered for stump removal but we decided to leave the stumps. Overall, price was very reasonable (keep in mind tree removal can be expensive) and the quality of the work definitely matched the price paid. Would recommend and would use again. The only issue I could say was regarding invoice and payment, they complete work and send an invoice after and I’m used to paying for service upon completion. Office manager was completely friendly, and went above and beyond to help me, Id even say making me a priority when I didn’t need to be. The invoice matched quote and payment was easy. I just wanted to pay ahead of time and be done which is why I say problem was me and not them lol they even called twice, once after project was completed and again weeks after to make sure I was completely satisfied with work. Seriously a great company that strives for excellence and great customer service as well as quality work. 10/10

Such a great company! The guys who came out to trim the dead out of our four large trees and shape them up were wonderful! Cleaned up the yard and raked all the debris up. I definitely recommend this company!

Louisville Tree Service removed an enormous elm, with large branches overhanging our house, and did an expert job. So professional and courteous from the arborist to tree crew. Their price was very good and they were the best company to deal with. Many companies who advertised they were "fully insured" admitted when questioned that they would not be covered for any damage to our property. LTS was fully covered, including for any accidental damage to our house, and had the insurance company send proof. Very happy with this company and happy to recommend them highly.
My neighbor and I are both professional engineers and we vetted 7-8 tree companies between us and found Louisville Tree Service to be head and shoulders above the rest. Best price, best insurance, best customer service, and great work and clean up!

Louisville Tree Service came out to give a quote for services needed and arrived as planned. Their quote was very reasonable. Even though they were backed up for several weeks, they actually were able to come back earlier than expected. They were on schedule and the crew was thorough. Completed the job and cleaned up as if they were never here. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Louisville Tree Service removed a VERY large tulip poplar tree that was VERY close to our house with overhanging limbs on our property and our neighbor's here in the Highlands neighborhood of Louisville. From my very first call to LTS, they were very clear and professional and helpful in: pricing, answering questions, handling our concerns, coordinating with all parties -- including a fourth! party to harvest some of the tree for lumber (which lots of tree services don't really seem to care about), and importantly, completing the job efficiently and safely without causing ANY damage. ALL aspects of the job were handled really well, and I really couldn't be more pleased with their work. Thanks, folks!

My neighbor's trees, on both sides of me, had overgrown past their fences into my yard, thus, reducing the size of my yard. I was very happy with the work that Louisville Tree Service provided. The young men that did the work were very friendly and courteous. My husband was very impressed!
