The crew was courteous and professional.
I was a bit worried about how the different tree species should be cut, trimmed and shaped, so I was present during the up to three day event.
The head crew guy educated me on the trees and showed me what and how it should be done.
I was able to add my suggestions as it unfolded such as , “maybe a lil more here or there” and ”well now I realize we also want that trimmed up”, etc.
Thus it was a great experience and I believe priced right for all the time and heavy equipment used and Roe’s coordination with LG&E and the Historic Home behind our property.
And our neighbors love it.

We have had the guys out twice to cut down/trim some trees. They have always been super thorough and when we had one trimmed, they were open to feedback when we thought a certain area needed a little more pruning. The arborist is super knowledgeable and helped me understand how we can give our next planted tree the best “life” possible.

Evan and Scarlet are very nice and can help you with your next outdoor job! Roes helped me remove some landscaping and rock that had been burdening us for a few years. Evan was nice enough to take a look at our trees while he quoted our job, and gave some recommendations without pressuring us to make the sale. Great experience and high quality work! Roe's came in with a great quote and was always easy to get in touch with. You will deal directly with the owners who are very friendly and helpful. Adam was the crew leader. He has a lot of experience and executed the job seamlessly. They took down a 70 foot tall maple in a few short hours and worked right through on a hot day, no problems. I would highly recommend working with Roe's.

From day one Roe's was exceptional in communicating with me regarding my very old sugar maple that had seen better days. Their arborist came out to look at the tree to see if it could be saved, but unfortunately any trimming we did was only going to prolong the inevitable. They did give me a quote for trimming and for removal, but I opted for removal. Every staff member was nice and courteous and always kept me informed of schedules. We even managed to get the tree down a little sooner than expected because they had a cancellation. The tree was removed, all the limbs and debris were removed, and the stump was ground down in preparation for planting a new tree. The yard was exceptionally clean when they left, and they were careful not to damage the grass. All in all, I had a very good experience.

We had an excellent experience with Roe’s! The crew arrived right on time and stayed in great communication throughout the process. They safely and skillfully removed a large tree in a very tricky location—right next to our house, wedged against the power line, and only accessible over the garage. Their precision and teamwork were impressive.

They meticulously took down each limb, ground the stump, cleaned up every bit of debris (even blowing off and spraying the porch), and carefully replaced a section of our chain link fence they had to remove to access the backyard.

Our neighbor’s massive tree was broken at the ground and it fell into our yard. The tree landed on our fence, pool and deck. We were desperate to get the tree removed with minimal impact to our home and surrounding landscape. I contacted Roe’s the next day explaining the situation and suggesting that the job probably required heavy equipment. A crew and necessary equipment arrived within 2 hours prepared to safely remove the tree. A crane was required. All debris was thoroughly removed. The team and their preparedness was impressive. They were informative, skilled, professional and polite. I will use Roe’s moving forward and highly recommend them. Chad is wonderful! He is very Knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. They did a wonderful job removing a tree from my backyard. They went above and beyond And cleaned up very well.
