I would give Barnes HVAC a 5 star rating. They were honest, reliable, timely, and professional. I had to call them for an emergency situation. They could have told me that I needed unnecessary repairs which one company actually told me. But they didn't, they came out the next day first thing in the morning and fixed my issue in the same day. Even now, my unit is still working great. New years eve we our pump was running constantly. KU sent us an electronic bill. Almost $700 for the warmest warm nov Dec I could remember. I called Barnes expecting someone to call me back after the holiday weekend. To my surprise Brian called an hour later and said they were closed but he would come take a look. My compressor was running with no freon. I had a leak somewhere. They checked my other unit top to bottom. He was able to find the leak fix it and gave me a very fair price. Can't thank Barnes enough for going above and beyond to help someone over the holidays. Thank you! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and honest work.

After receiving a very high estimate to replace my furnace from another company, Bryan saved me thousands of dollars in repairing my furnace. He was prompt, professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend him for any HVAC issues and will use his company for all future repairs and maintenance.

I discoverd Sizemore via word of mouth. I was looking for a HVAC company that was more interested in identifying my issue vs selling me uneeded services and parts. Sizemore staff was responsive, thorough, honest and performed quality work.

Had I not reached out to them, I was on a path of spending twice as much without identifying the core issue. I will never contact any company other than Sizemore for HVAC issues.

The overwhelming majority of the cost was for new coolant (8 ish lbs). The labor was reasonable and they worked with the manufacturer for warrantied parts. I'm grateful I found them and will never lose their number.
