I think we have finally found an HVAC company focused on honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them.

We had to replace our furnace in December and wanted a high efficiency electric and get a tax credit. Todd researched our options and ordered the unit. It came days before Christmas and when they went to install it, discovered that we needed to upgrade our entire electric service. Todd's crew coordinated with the electrician and the Plant Board get everything installed before Christmas. It was lots of work and long hours, but they made sure we were taken care of. Oh, yes, and we LOVE the new furnace! :)

Sizemore was a great company to work with! The team was so professional and persistent in fixing what was causing our electric bill to go sky high. We will use them again for sure and we highly recommend them to anyone with a heating or cooling problem.

Sizemore's team provides excellent service. Fresh Start Frankfort is a transitional and recovery housing program providing housing and support for single adult females and families with children. Whenever we have an issue with any of our six HVAC systems they are quick to come out to check out the issue and provide speedy repairs. The team always provides expert service and are professional, respectful and kind. We are appreciative and hope to remain loyal customers for years to come.

I had an issue with my pilot light for my gas fireplace. I called several fireplace stores for service/repair and the earliest I could get service was in mid December. I called Todd to see if there was any thing they could do, even though it's not in their wheel house. His staff responded immediately and were here the next day. They found the problem and fixed it after getting the replacement part that was needed. I can't say enough positive things about Todd and his team. They are great!

I feel like a valued customer. Lathan is an asset to Sizemore. He was running a little behind but texted to let me know. He told me what work he did and what will be needed in 6 months. It’s so nice to have someone I trust to do what is needed and not be a salesman like some other companies. It’s a pleasure doing business with Sizemore HVAC. Glad I found them.

Mr. Sizemore arrived at the appointed time, went right to work and fixed our problem. Mr. Sizemore is very personable, efficient and reasonably priced. He would be my first call if we ever have heating or air conditioning problems in the future.
