Morehead electric had everything we needed except good customer service. Mic was not helpful, gave us the wrong pipes, walked off the back lot while helping us load and just plain unfriendly. I will not return again. I will drive the extra distance to State Electric in Maysville where we are treated like a valued customer.

The place seems to have a good inventory, but for some reason, the staff at the counter don't want to sell stuff.
For example - I went there needing a tub/shower. Two people who work there insisted that it would not fit in my vehicle. I had no particular reason to need argue, so I left, drove down to Lowe's, and bought what I need. It DID fit in my vehicle without any problem.
I have encountered the same mindset with these guys before - I think I just won't bother with them in furure. I prefer buying from local companies, but it doesn't seem possible here.

I had the crazy idea to build a queen platform bed out of black iron pipe. If I had gone to Lowe's I know I would have gotten sub par help and they wouldn't have even considered cutting and threading the pipe. The employees here spent nearly an hour helping me work out the fine measurements. I'll buy here again for all of my needs as long as they have the materials.

Absolutely wonderful!! Very dependable got the water heater fixed in very good time very good people to have in your home to get a job done so absolutely I recommend them 100 percent!!!!!

We had scheduled a time for them to come and they bailed the last minute due to running over on their previous job. When we rescheduled, they texted saying they were pulling in but my husband never saw them. I tried to contact them for several days after and got no response.

Very responsive to concerns and did excellent work. They've done both major and minor repairs for me and are always thorough and professional.

They did good work the first two times. The third time I had them come out they tried to rip me off. Won't be a 4th.
