I just bought a house in Olive Hill. Loy sent Chris and Kyle out to do the work.
They showed up on time .
They were very professional and personable
The base of the shower had a crack in it from Lowes. They didn't complain or anything. I exchanged it and they came back the next day to do the work
Very clean work. They swept and were very respectable
If youre going to send people to represent your company, Chris and Kyle are the guys to send.
I will 100% use Loy again and would recommend you at least have them come and estimate the job.

Was happy with the service. They responded quickly to my call and we're quickly available when I needed them and even came earlier than initially scheduled so the job got done early.

I highly recommend Loy Plumbing. I messaged the company one night and Clay was able to come the next morning. I thought he was coming to give us an estimate. He did but then when we accepted, he and his team got right to work. We had to have our kitchen pipes replaced and a toliet installed. Loy's picked up the toliet and all the materials. They performed quality work at a reasonable cost. Plus you would have never known they had been in our home. There was no mess to clean up. I will call Loy's in the future for any other plumbing needs.

They came on short notice to my business and Josh made the repairs in a timely manner. He was also very professional and courteous. I am very happy with the service.

Loy plumbing was a wonderful discovery for me. Clayton is friendly, dependable and knowledgable. He was very flexible and accommodating. Responded promptly. He put a new faucet in my bathroom, kitchen, fixed a small leak, and put a new wax ring under the toilet. Excellent work. He has very good work ethics. Would recommend and will use again when I replace my bathroom vanity. Thanks to the crew as well. You guys are awesome !

These guys are amazing! They went above and beyond to fix a plumbing leak (that we originally thought was a busted main line pipe and expected the worst out of). They didn't leave until they made sure our water was running smoothly, working on a couple of extra things so things could run smoothly. The guys were so kind and informative. Would highly recommend! Will call again if we need plumbing services in the future.

Mr Lloyd went out of his way to come check my system when he was already booked up so I appreciated that having said that he did an excellent job and was very professional Would recommend.

Rarely do I actually leave a review but Clay and his crew are amazing. They kept me informed the entire process and they delivered good quality work in a good time frame. I live pretty far from civilization and they still drove the 2hr to provide a service. This alone should be enough to show character. I will be using them again.
