Technician was very quick to discover the problem- thankfully it was a very simple fix and the base service fee was all we had to cover. He didn't try to overcharge/oversell us and was upfront on what he needed to be upfront about which I appreciate. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Called for service for central air..
Technician arrived the next day on time.he immediately discovered the reason it wasn't running faulty capacitor, after replacing it and got running,he checked the refrigerant level an it was 6 pounds low...he told me it would be 120 per pound to replace it plus the other charges the total bill was 975 ,I thought that sounded high but agreed to have it done,after he had left..
I googled the current price of 410a refrigerant.i was shocked they listed prices from 1.28 per pound to 22.00 per pound....that was quite a markup. Technician was great and I would use them again if I could afford it

Wouldn't even give this company 1 star. We called them in September to get a new unit. They said they would be out to take a look. Waited for two months before calling back to see when they were coming. They told us we were on the list, and they would order the unit. Finally in March we got a call from them, wanting to come out that very day. Once they arrived, they took out the old unit and then called to say they needed 1400.00 more to finish the job. After we had already paid them 6000.00 and agreed to a price. Installer became very rude with my partner when he asks what the extra was for. He said the price of the unit had gone up. We told him we would pay for the price we had agreed to only. Once again, the were rude with us. We ask them for our 6000.00 back and to leave with the new unit. Found out later that day, they have a very bad rep in the community for being price goaders and bullies. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. When an installer quotes you a price and it is agreed upon, they should not up the price the day of install just to make an extra buck. That is unprofessional and bad business practice. It's taking advantage of your customer, because you know how long they have gone without.

I highly, highly, highly recommend Eagle Air! The extreme temps brought about problems with our heat so we called them and they were able to send someone out that same day. Cody was so helpful and fixed our issue in no time. Friendly and quality service is what you can expect!!

Eagle Air’s team was absolutely amazing! They were extremely knowledgeable & helpful to me as a new home owner. They are very friendly & far more affordable than other companies I got estimates from for a new furnace. If you are looking for a company to do right by you then this is it. We have been without central heating and cooling for over a year trying to find a reliable company. Eagle Air did a great job installing a new heating system for me. They were on time and efficient. Cleaned up the debris from the old system and their materials out of my yard. It was a rainy day and they were always sure to remove their shoes before coming inside as well. The system works great, very pleased. They were also able to provide an estimate on the spot which was very helpful!

Couldn't ask for better service. Did not charge me a crazy amount for what seemed to be a simple fix. Was super polite, explained to me everything he was doing and why, and told me how to prevent the problem in the future. Worked very quickly and even came out 2 hours earlier than I expected him to (which was amazing in this cold weather)!

Update: "Fixed" problem still happening. We were warned it could happen again anytime the weather drops to the 20's. Decided to be safe after it kept happening and switched it to Emergency heat anytime the weather hit the 30's. First time in about a week we have attempted to run regular heat and it happened again. It's currently in the low 50's so I am not really sure why it is still happening. I still stand by my words in my original review due to their quick response and professionalism, but am disappointed that it was not actually fixed like we had all thought.

Update 2: Really honest business. They contacted us quickly and came out immediately to fix the issue. Did not charge us a fee since it was the same problem as before, which I really appreciated. There is nothing more annoying than paying multiple times for the same issue. The rattling seems to happen on and off, so while it is fixed now he also gave us some other repair options to look into if it happens again. I am very "type A" and prefer to have back up plans so this really helped ease my anxiety about the problem. While I was not personally there this time, my husband reported that it was the same technician as last time so I am sure the professionalism was top notch! I chose to leave the original edit here to show how promptly they responded and how they seem to truly care about their customers. Altogether I am very pleased with this business, the workers, and the service provided.

Cody came on a Sunday. He figured out the issue and made sure that my unit and home was taken care. He priced the service perfectly and did not over charge. Eagle Air has gained my business from this point on.

Can’t thank them enough. Joseph and Cody came with all the knowledge as to why my mini split was not getting my home to temperature during an extended cold spell. The initial installer failed to tell me I’d need another head inside to heat the back of the home because of the layout. I was instead told by the initial installer that my home just didn’t have enough insulation and that was why it couldn’t reach temperature. At one point, the temperature in my bathroom was 36 degrees. I’ll be taking steps to get auxiliary heating installed as advised by Joseph and Cody soon and if I ever need anymore help with heating or cooling, I’ll definitely be calling Eagle Air. Thank You so much guys!

Amazing service from the very first call. Within minutes response was given after initial information about my problem was discussed. A Service Tech ( Joseph ) arrived at my home within the hour and was able to fix the problem explaining every step he made. Was also very inexpensive considering this process started at 5:30pm and stayed until 8:45pm to complete and make sure everything was repaired and working properly.

Great service. Tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient fixing my AC. Found and corrected a loose wire connection between my thermostat and outside AC unit. Everything is working great now.

They have been great. They got out quickly to assess the problem with our AC got the new unit ordered and have our installation scheduled all very timely. Everyone I have dealt with has been super nice and professional. I could not be happier. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone in the area
