We live in West Liberty. Discovered a leak under our kitchen sink late Sunday evening. Called the companies 24 hour number on their website & scheduled a visit for the following day (Monday) between 1:00 - 3:00. They called at 10:00 AM & asked if they could come earlier. They arrived & within an hour had installed a shut off valve for our water throughout the house & fixed the leak in the sink. Professional, punctual, & reasonably priced. This company is an amazing resource for our community. I would confidently recommend their services to anyone looking for plumbing services!

Clay Loy is very intelligent, takes pride in his work, and is well-organized. We had a shallow well pump; most plumbers will not attempt to service these pumps. No maintenance in 30 years. Clay came on time, spent over 4 hours at our house, and left behind a a new pump with state-of-the-art plumbing, a real work of art, pictured below. I recommend you hire him before people realize just how good he is.

Guys are always so friendly and do a perfect job! Even though they had to come back 3 times because lowes sent the wrong sink size 2 times. That's why loy plumbing is the only plumber I use! They put a new sink, faucet and cup cleaner
