Constraction reviews in Prospect, Kentucky

Extremely satisfied with the whole process and thrilled with the results. Old roof off, new roof on, pristine clean up, all in one day. Efficiently resolved a few problem spots in wood decking, keeping me informed about issues.

New roof is beautiful and was clearly installed with care by a very professional team. Highly recommended if you need roof repairs or replacement

Unisource Roofing did a fantastic job assessing the roof on business’s building. Adam came out to inspect it and was extremely knowledgeable, even about our box gutters, which are part of the building’s original 1860 construction. His expertise and attention to detail were impressive, and I appreciated his thorough evaluation. I would highly recommend Adam and Unisource Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services!

Unisource worked w/ my insurance company (jumped through all the hoops) to get my roof repaired the correct way. I had some work done by Bone Dry a few years back, and I have to say that Unisource was much more professional and ultimately did a much better install than Bone Dry. The guys at Unisource were very communicative and patient w/ the process as well. We highly recommend these guys for your roofing needs.

My wife and I could not be happier with our experience with Unisource Roofing. Their pricing was very good, and the work they did was exceptional. The best part of our experience was how polite the crew was when working on the house. They were very protective of the new plants we had just put in around the house and very attentive when cleaning up. I would not be able to improve on any part of our experience. We will use them again when we install a couple sky lights above our living room and put gutters on our garage. 10 out of 10!

I highly recommend Unisource Roofing. Everyone is highly skilled, kind and very professional. The staff were very responsive and patient with all of my questions. They guided me through the process every step of the way. The crew worked tirelessly and efficiently. They even cleaned up each day! I can't say enough great things about this company and team. I 100% recommend Unisource Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Unisource transformed the house to a showplace! 100% recommend Unisource Roofing. Adam was great to work with, very patient with this mother/daughters out-of-state trio and always attentive, pleasant, and helped us navigate the roof purchase and arrangements. The job was done in one day and the crew left the yard and driveway spotless. A beautiful job - we couldn't be more pleased. Love that crews are employees not contractors. The gutters also needed replacing along with soffit work - they have a separate division for that, and they also did a wonderful job.

Just had our roof replaced because of hail damage. Working with Kevin, Jeff, and Gene was a pleasure. Everyone was professional, kind, courteous and made sure we were satisfied. Our neighbors even commented on how well they protected and took care of our property. Highly recommend UniSource.

There was hail damage in our neighborhood back in the Spring and many of our neighbors got new roofs. We called Unisource for a free estimate. They showed up exactly on time and told us there was not a significant amount of damage to replace. I doubt many companies would be that honest and we greatly appreciated it in addition to their courteous and professional manner.

Fantastic company!! Very professional and they do a great job of making sure they have met your needs. Did final walk through and Gene did a great job of spotting a couple small things that needed addressing and having the crew come out to take care of them.

We could not be more pleased with our roof & gutter replacement. The work crews are very polite and very hardworking. Work was completed in a timely fashion, landscaping and home shielded for debris. All waste removal completed and no visible sign that any work had been done. Management always present to oversee work. Highly recommend Unisource Roofing for your next project. Thanks to all from top to bottom for our fantastic outcome.

Incredible to work with Adam and Tre from unisource. They were up front, communicative and did a fantastic job on my roof. I had solar panels and coordinated with my solar contractor to make the process seamless.

We hired Unisource to come and replace our entire roof. Kevin and his team promised and delivered on our house. They were very thorough and really made sure the work that was done was top notch. They provided daily text updates with pictures of progress and were always just a phone call away at all times.
I would recommend Unisource to anyone needing quality roof work with professional workmanship.

Provided a comprehensive scope of work plan and explained pricing options well. Every inquiry was responded to in a timely manner. Crews were on time, polite, and cleaned up well during and after work was completed. A professional service from start to finish. We would use Unisource again and highly recommend them.

I found Unisource Roofing to be very professional and reliable. I needed a new roof due to an insurance claim. The guys at Unisource educated me on all the ins and outs of the insurance claims process. I got a new Owens Corning roofing system with a great roof warranty. I should be covered with my new roof and workmanship along with my new roofing materials manufactures’ warranty for many years. I had a very good experience with Unisource Roofing during my roofing project. I would certainly use the again if I had to get another new roof.

Kevin helped step by step while I was dealing with my insurance. He gave me options to fit my budget. He gave us plenty of choices for colors and types of shingles. Then they came out and got the roof done in a day and a half. There were no shenanigans, No double talk, and no pressure. Do yourself a favor for your mental health get these guys to do your roof.

Unisource is a great company! They’ve now done both my roof in 2023, and installed new gutters, soffit and wrapped facia boards this year. Working with Adam E. is always easy, as he’s very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. The ice and snow that we had recently ripped the gutter completely from the side of my house, exposing my attic, and my soffit and facia boards were dry rotted. The Unisource team was prompt, and got me fixed right up! I’ve recommended them before, and will continue to do so.

Muy bonito lugar
