Communication with Brett Thompson during the initial evaluation meeting and throughout the sales and installation time was efficient and effective.

In addition, the quality of the windows we received exceed our expectations.

We highly recommend Mengel and will do business with them again in the future.

Mengel Exteriors replaced all of the windows in my condominium several years ago. Mike Woodson thoroughly explained various options and made the purchase experience efficient and easy. Mengel did a great job installing our windows, siding, and gutters several years ago. What’s most impressive to me is the continued service. Every time we have a window that fogs from the inside (only happened a few times over the past 10-ish years), they have been quick to replace the damaged sash.

A number of years ago we had Mengel Exteriors do a full house window replacement. The windows have performed great and still looked original, except where the sills were dented by the January hail storm. The Mengel crew removed and replaced the dented sill covers and now they look good as new. The crew was quick and professional and I will use them again if the need arises.

Mengel’s installed an entry door and side lights at my residence. Mike Woodson was my sales person. He came to my house on a Saturday, as my work schedule requires me to be on the job 5 days a week. He actually built the door on his computer. After about 30 minutes we had the design and color my wife and I wanted. A crew came out a few days later and verified the final measurements. Several weeks later another crew showed for the installation. Four hours later we had a door that has become the envy of the neighborhood. The entire process was timely and professional. Jeremy and his team installed all the windows and door beautifully. They were so nice, efficient and left our house clean and truly beautiful with the new windows and door. Great service, price and product ! Our Mengel windows are durable and look beautiful. Co-owner Michael Woodson has personally been to the house more than once to make small adjustments on the windows. Hard to find that level of service these days. I love the professionalism of this company! They show up when they say they will and their pricing is low for the quality of their products. They do high quality work promptly and check back with you to make sure you are satisfied BEFORE they hand you the final bill. So far I have had them replace windows, install gutters, replace shutters and re-wrap the exterior window trim (working on three of my houses). Will use them again for sure!

Mike Watson is a fantastic representative of the company! He was very thorough in explaining their windows, installation process, pricing, etc., and never made us feel pressured to commit. Additionally, he was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We contacted Mike the very next day to sign the proposal and have Mengel replace all of the windows in our home.

One of our existing windows had issues (wood rot, carpenter ants, etc.) that exceeded anyone's initial expectations for repair. Mengel was fantastic at getting the right people onsite to address the issues (install new window framing, drywall, etc.), and they were all amazing! Very professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves each time. The owner even stopped by to ensure everything was going smoothly. Throughout it all, Mike kept us updated on what was happening so we never felt out of the loop.
