David and his staff were very friendly and prompt with the service. David even followed up up the next day to make sure I was pleased with the service.

They came and looked at my furnace and said they could fix it. After two weeks and a number of follow ups on my part, they said they couldn't do the job because they were not certified for it.

Excellent service! I needed a part for my furnace and the owner went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. They could have easily over charged me in my situation but instead helped me. Thank you!

I developed shower drain leak into my crawl space. They came promptly, they did a thorough job, fixed the problem and they cleaned up. Price was VERY reasonable.

I work in customer service so I not only appreciate kindness, but also with no effort I am always kind in any situation regarding customer service, even if something goes wrong. Stuff happens. I'm giving these guys one star because they completely ignored all thank you's & appreciation I showed. No response to any of that also no response to my friendly hello/goodbye. They ignored me and also tracked in a lot of dirt.

Expensive, but they did a great job in a short period. This was our second experience w/them, and so far what they did 5 years ago is still working great so I feel that the recent repairs will be long lasting as well.

Plumbers were nice, solved a drain problem. Charged about half of what the big chain plumbers do - problem is the issue came back in 30 days, and no warranty. The big guys warranty it, and the last ones fix worked for a year.

Hate to avoid a small business, but in this case I will and you should too. I recommend Mr.Rooter in Richmond.

Horrible!!! I called them 3 days ago! "David" had excuses galore for why they couldn't make it each day!! If I had to guess I'd say the real reason was because mine was not a big money job. Please save yourself a whole lot of aggravation and money!! Call "Clog Busterz" in Richmond Ky. I called them, they arrived within 2 hours. They finished with my leaking water heater hose within a half hour!!! These guys have my business for life!!! Hoping of course that I don't need them often!

Having fallen on hard times, my luck included a severe back-up. My whole house was experiencing issues. Couldn't use my bathroom or washer. I called around to find the cheapest rates. David worked with me and got my problem solved. Employees were kind and friendly. I recommend them 100% !!

They fixed our bath faucet issue but scheduling was a hassle. We scheduled then they wouldn’t show. Done it 3 times. Just glad our issue is fixed. Hope they get better at managing their times. David was a sweetheart on the plus side which is why I give them 5 stars still.

I just wanted to take the time to share the courtesy of one of your drivers. I live in Bowling Green, and needed to exit off 165 to Russellville Rd, he was kind enough to blink his lights to let me know there was room to come over. In this day and time, I don’t see much of that. I’ve been nearly run off the road or rammed by other company trucks (not any of yours)

I didn’t get his truck number as he was behind me all the way down Russellville Rd (headed toward Logan Co). The time was between 2:45 and 3 PM 8/21/24
