Dude took $20k+ and vanished like a ghost. He's also lying about memberships as I called the master contractor association they have listed and was notified not only is he not a member they were going to take action over his FRAUD.

Which is apt as this dude took over $20k+ of my Buddy's money and went full ghost.

Eastern Airflow is an exceptional company with affordable pricing and has a service department that is second to none. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that is always ready to answer any questions that you may have.

Amazing! They are on time, have great personalities, are honest, and most of all, affordable! HVAC is a big expense, but Eastern Air Flow understands that. They don't overprice. We will recommend to everyone!!

DO NOT use this company! They require full payment up front, so I paid them $4,500 and was told they would be there 2 days later to install it. I took off work, but they didn't show, so I called. They said the equipment wouldn't be in until the next day. The next day, the guy doing installation called to tell me that Justin, the owner, was trying to pawn off a used condenser on me. I told them I paid for a new one and I wanted a new one! This was on a Friday. I was told the new one would be in Monday or Tuesday. By Thursday, no one had called me, so I called and was told they would be there first thing Friday morning. I took off work AGAIN and the 2 guys showed up at about 11:30. It should have been about a 2-hour job, but they were there ALL day. Then they asked me if my thermostat works. What???I paid for a new digital thermostat, which they didn't bring. Then they told me the wiring from my old thermostat was too short and they were gonna drive to Ace Hardware to get some. They never came back and wouldn't answer my calls. They finally texted back to tell me Ace didn't have it, so they would have to come back at another time. This is THE WORST company I have ever dealt with. If you call their number, it's an outsourced place, not even in KY. They will tell you they are marking your message as urgent, but you will not get a call back. When I called the 606 area code number they called me from, it's a residence, but sometimes they will answer and say "Eastern Air Flow". It is impossible to speak with Justin himself. I ended up telling them not to come back and I hired another contractor to come and finish what they didn't. It turns out THEY INSTALLED THE FURNACE UPSIDE DOWN!!! It is going to be a long time before this gets fixed. Of course, Justin can't be reached at ANY of the numbers. It's always someone who is outsourced. I am livid!

Did a great job on installation, but they did take an extra 2 days over original time estimate. Sounded like they were spread a little thin for the amount of jobs they had to take care of. Their staff was very friendly though and the installers were great.

The people at Eastern Air Flow were awesome! Friendly, professional, prompt with arrival, no waiting, and in the end I got a higher seer unit than everyone else was quoting at a better price. I highly recommend them for all HVAC work. In fact, I never do a service plan because I have always serviced my own. However, their plan was affordable and the experience was so good I decided I should turn something over to a professional for once. I'm happy I did. Their response time for the first visit was less than 12 hours and I called at 9 pm. They were at my door by 8am. You can't beat that.

They were really nice and very informative on different options that could work for us when giving us our quote. They weren’t pushy, Very nice, quick and neat. The workers went over everything with us making sure we knew how everything worked and the process they took to replace my furnace. They double checked everything many times to insure that the house was nice and warm before they left. I will be using them again!

My initial review of this was negative because there was a brief delay in installation but Justin and his team made right on the thing by significantly reducing the install cost and I got a great deal on a new Bosch system. Install went smoothly seems to be working well.

Chris has been at our house providing maintenance for many years on our old unit, the price was Always reasonable and he was Always able to repair while we were waiting to add a new unit. In 2024 Chis added a new unit to our house and several years ago to a home we owned in another county. We still have another unit to purchase but when we do he will be the only person we call.

He has helped our children, family members and friends. He is quick to respond and we can count on him and it is hard to find such a person like this!! He became a friend but is now more like family!!

He also sponsors Richmond Little League! He is an all around great person!

Called him for a repair on one of our rental units. Told me he would go, never went. Then won't answer his phone, or respond to text messages. Called from a different number, and said he did not do heating and air. Pathetic! Don't waste your time!

Chris is very dependable, punctual, and very fair prices. Had issue with my unit and called Chris and he explained what to do and said that he would be there on Monday at a certain time and he was here at that time. I would recommend Chris to anyone that is having issues with their unit.
