It's always difficult to find a reliable HVAC provider that you can not only trust but can rely when one needs to service their system. The folks at Madison HVAC is exactly what we were looking for. Their technicians are knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasure to work with. The office staff are the same. Highly recommended, they're local and exactly what we were looking for. Had a new system installed in my basement, their work was impeccable.

I've trusted Madison HVAC for my last 2 full unit replacements and they have always provided exceptional service and products. Most recently, we had a unit damaged by hail and they graciously helped with documentation for my insurance claim and got a replacement installed in short order. Their office manager is extremely nice and knows her stuff. The install techs are always courteous and respectful. Best of all, they are a local business so put your trust in them too and keep it local!

We needed our Bryant HVAC and mini split serviced for the first time since we bought our new construction home in Richmond, KY last November. We called Madison HVAC/R, LLC to schedule the first maintenance service, and they sent a technician and trainee out on Tuesday, April 15 to perform the first service on both units and we paid $599 for the annual service contract. On Saturday, April 19, we turned on our air conditioning for the first time in our new home and within one hour our Bryant HVAC shut down completely. We called Madison HVAC/R, LLC at their 24/7 Emergency number and Renee told us she would call in the morning, and by 9:30 am Rosen, their technician, came out, found immediately that our condensation line still had sediment in it and he blew it out - and our Bryant unit has been cooling fine now for several hours. He said sediment can build up from construction workers turning the HVAC on while they work. From now on, we will be asking for Rosen to service our Bryant HVAC!

We have been a customer of Madison HVAC for several years.
If we had a problem, they came the same day. After 15 years we
had the heat pump replaced. Dan and Steve did a superior job and
explained the operation of the new unit. They cleaned-up afterwards.
I would highly recommend them for any repairs or a new unit.

George is the name of the man who saved the day! Top notch in every aspect! He went beyond what was expected, very informative on the situation, No BS! Because of George, they have a customer who will return! Side note for the company... Where george goes we follow!

We have used Madison HVAC a few times since we moved into an older home. The technicians are always friendly and very informative. When it was time for a new system, they gave us a more than fair quote. They are very professional and honest. The install team worked all day and our new system is working great. The service person arrived less than 2 hours after I called. He communicated the issue and best solutions. The next day Mandy called to talk to me about his findings and how to best manage financial arrangements. I didnt even get a 2nd estimate because she was so upfront and honest.
I have dealt with other HVAC companies with my several properties. Madison is by far the most reliable and trusted. The company is now my go-to with any problem and maintenance.
You can search for the best deals but ultimately you buy service. They provide the best of both.

The guys at ProTech are top notch. My wife and I built our dream home 2.5 years ago and my builder was using ProTech for the HVAC work. They came out and looked at the house, did the load calcs and installed my dual fuel system. My house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We've never had a home that could maintain its temperatures evenly throughout. Great customer service after the sale too. Highly recommend ProTech.
