Pro Tech Heating and Air provided excellent customer service. They quickly fixed the issue I had, explained what caused it, and how to prevent it in the future.

Can’t speak highly enough of Pro Tech and Josh. Showed up within 2 hours of calling, made a quick and honest assessment of issue, had it repaired within 25 minutes and was super personable on top of quality work, and didn’t gouge us on price, was actually much less than expected. Top notch service and honest as they come.

Hands down the best HVAC company out there!!! I contacted them, after hours, and they talked me through an issue I was looking at potentially having. I was told one thing by my builder, but when I spoke with Josh he informed me that I was mislead and the issue I was worried about didn’t affect my installed unit. This type of customer service is why I will always recommend Pro Tech!!!

We had such an excellent experience with Protech a few years ago when they came out to our home for a service call. Because we were so pleased with their service, we have purchased (and will continue to purchase)the maintenance plan they offer. Their customer service is second to none! We just had to replace one of our units, which is a complete bummer for any homeowner. They made the process easy, had our unit installed within days, and called us to follow up afterward to see if we had any problems or concerns. We also received a discount because of our maintenance plan. Hiring service providers for the first time can be stressful. You can hire Protech without any reservations! They are professional and knowledgeable, but also just very nice people.

I recently made a switch from a previous heating and air company I was using at work and called these guys; the switch was definitely worth it all. From my first phone call to schedule an appointment for one of our units, the fast and friendly service, and the owner himself coming back to check on us was definitely what we were looking for. We came home late at night (10pm) and one of their on call techs came out and rigged us up to work until we could get our new unit in. They gave us a ballpark time on when it would be in but it was BEFORE the date and they gave us a great deal. Justin was quick on the install and super easy to work with. Justin also respond to our pricing questions, our SEER concerns, and understood our limits. WE WOULD DEFINITELY 10/10 RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

I wish I could give Robbie, Matt and the rest of the team more than 5 stars. ProTech is the epitome of what a local business should be--- good, honest, hardworking people who look out for their customers. 5+ star customer service and I trust them, which is saying something. They came in $2k lower for an HVAC replacement over another, bigger company who shall not be named. Robbie came to our house late at night on a weekend because he knew we had young kids, and it was unbearably hot. They even brought a few window units to our house on a Saturday so we could stay cool until they got our replacement in first thing that Monday am. Cannot say enough good things about this company-- we are customers for life!

We had an HVAC system issue and initially called another company. They diagnosed what they thought was the issue and said I needed a new system. I called Protech to get a second opinion. Robbie came out the next day, diagnosed the issue correctly, replaced the needed part right then with one he had on his truck, and had the house cooling back down in no time! He explained what was wrong clearly and what to look for again in the future. Great to work with Robbie and will absolutely be calling him again if we have any other HVAC issues!

BEWARE of this company I payed 1500 dollars to have them fix my ac they came out and fixed it and didn't even last a month I called them they came out and said it needed the same thing they done before and wanted to charge me another 1500 dollars they wouldnt back there labor at all although they messed it up I called another company and found out they didn't do the job right the first time they rigged it up to fail so they could get more money or sell a new unit. Good luck pro tech keep doing your customers like this and no one will do business with you just like me and everyone I know won't I don't see how you sleep at night doing people this way me and my family are now using window units for our ac and heat and will continue to before id come back to you.

Don’t usually post anything but here it goes. I’ve been a customer of pro tech for 13 years and they are amazing love all of them. But I call the owner to talk to him about a bills that I received haven’t heard a word from him. His office manager was rude and very disrespectful to me saying I own this and sent me invoices. I got a uv from them during the pandemic and my light bulb went out and the office person did not tell me how much it was going to be instead just automatically charged me for it 242. I thought it was under warranty. Then my air went out this weekend and Robbie that’s amazing came and fixed it I paided him with a check all was good. Yesterday I get a email saying I owed 134 dollars which I paided Robbie when he came I’ve always paid when they come. Ever since his office person came it’s been awful for me. I’ve tried handling it in a respectful way a couple of months ago but apparently not. She hung up on me and said Josh would call me back. Not heard a word from him left him a message yesterday. Don’t know what is going on maybe he needs to look into replacing his office manager. Sad they are great people she is going to hurt his business.

I've dealt with ProTech on several different occasions and they show up every single time. They are honest and stand behind their work.
