Robbie and his crew at Pro Tech came through in the clutch during a brutal heat wave a few weeks ago to install a new unit for us and get our A/C working again. They worked hard to get us taken care of quickly and were polite and professional throughout. Robbie even came back to help get the new apps installed and make sure the new unit was online and working properly. He also helped us look into exercising our home warranty. They really went above and beyond and I highly recommend them!

I Called Robbie Puckett with Protech heating and air in richmond Ky before a big winter storm, He instructed me on how to keep my heat pump unit outside safe from the weather and explained about the emergency heat and what it does, Then when my emergency heat failed and ended up not working he stoped by the next day and got me back up and running! First off from one business owner to another I just want to thank you for the exceptional service that you’re Tec Robbie Puckett provided for us. He has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout this whole process. We called protec because our geothermal unit went out and we lost ac in our house. When Robbie arrived he was polite and friendly despite my smug attitude, I warned him right away that I didn’t deal with the heat very well and having two little girls under two years old I was at my ropes end. He got started right away and determined that The machine had turned off due to lack of pressure in the loop line. He used a special tool to fill it back up with water and it worked no problem AC back on . Now here’s the twist to the story after Robbie left unit ran for about an hour and then shut off again. I called him. He said that once he was finished with his other job that he would come over right away. He also contacted another contractor that deals with repair loop lines out here as well. After we talked, it is now determined that there is a significant break in blue line. Somewhere in my yard. It has to be fixed for the system to work Robbie all the. Needed Contacts and we have it scheduled to get a problem fixed. Also Protech is writing up an insurance proposal so hopefully my insurance company will take care of some of this.
Once again, thank you for everything and especially thank you Robbie for being the person that you are.

I messaged Robbie with a question about my emergency heat. He responded almost immediately. Taking the time on Facebook to explain to everyone when to use your emergency heat was a big help to me and im sure to many others too.
