These guys are amazing. I had them come and work on my system this summer after having my warranty people tell me that I needed to replace my whole system. It was explained to me by Madison HVAC that all I needed was to have my compressor repaired. They did the job the next day and I have had absolutely zero issues. Derek has been back by for some other things that I have valiantly messed up and easily corrected the issues for little to no charge. I can't say enough about the level of customer service provided. They are amazing.

We received excellent customer service from our first contact until the last. I emailed late on a Saturday evening and was pleased that someone was able to respond that evening and help me troubleshoot via email. They contacted us again the next day to check on things and had someone at our home first thing Monday as we were still having issues. When they returned to install our new unit, the techs were very professional , courteous, and respectful of our home. I was very pleased with their service and will call on them for future HVAC needs.

Often we find that those we engage to assist us are more focused on their business and income; however, Madison HVAC?R is not in that category. They listen and serve your needs, they do it with excellence and care, and they are very fair in what they charge. I have used them now on many times and they have been just as good every time, no matter whether it was heating, air, or repairs. This is one of the finest companies I have ever hired and I highly recommend them.

I called in the morning and received same-day service, and the technician (Matt) arrived in the window of time as promised. We have an older system but he was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and explain what went wrong. He was able to replace the failed part without trying to upsell me, and before he left he stayed to confirm that the rest of the system was working perfectly. I've used Madison for AC service before and had similar positive results. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to my friends.

I've used Madison HVAC often for repairs and installation of furnace and a/c units, they have always done a super job. Recently they replaced a 20+ years old a/c unit, Dan and George were the techs. They did great work getting the new unit up and running quickly and when they left, everything was neat and clean around the work area. I highly recommend Madison.

Madison HVAC performed our install in 2018. It was a very seamless experience and we were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the various representatives for this company. Their value was also superior to other companies recommended to us. Today we had a condensation clog and George, who did our original install, came out promptly & cleared it for us in a short amount of time. He is meticulous with his work as well as knowledgeable and wastes no time getting the job done so the temperature of your home is comfortable again. The office personnel have also been very helpful and engaged any time we have had contact with them. They answer questions and keep you apprised as to when the technician is on the way to your home. 5 stars from us!

I have been a customer of Madison HVAC/R for more than a decade or maybe even two decades. They always give very professional service and call when it is time to set up our seasonal check for winter and then for summer. The men who come to do the servicing are always respectful and professional, They give us a full explanation of any problems they uncover. When they came to do the AC check for summer, they discovered a leak in our compressor in the attic and recommended that we get a new unit. After discussing the situation further we agreed to replace the entire system which entailed taking the old equipment down from our attic space and getting the new equipment up into the attic. When they were hoisting the new unit into the attic it slipped out of someone's hand and put a small gash into our dry wall. They immediately took a photo of the damage and came down to the first floor where we were having coffee and showed us the photo of what had happened. They assured us they would report it to the owners of their company and the repair would be covered in full. On the next day they came back to install the AC which required someone climbing up onto the very steep roof to cut a new hole to vent a pipe. This was a terrible job for workers who are not roofers as our roof is very steep. In order to make this job as safe as possible for their workers, and most especially for the one who got to climb onto the roof and actually cut they hole, they brought in several more workers to help with this task. Some companies would be saving money by making due with a small crew. However, this company was concerned about the safety of their workers and about doing the job correctly. We had to stop watching the guy on the roof as it was too nerve wracking to see what he was facing on a very warm day. I can only imagine what he was thinking as he efficiently completed the installation of the new vent. He was held by four guys on the end of a rope around his waist and over the roof and attached to a truck for extra safety. The installation of the new system was finished on the second day and we are enjoying the comfort of the cool air in the upstairs of our home. We continue to be very satisfied customers of Madison HVAC and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and professional service.

Wow! I have never had such amazing service from an HVAC company. Over the phone setting up they were incredibly flexible, gave me several options for payment and were so friendly. When the installers came they were very professional and nice, and even took the time at the end to show me different components of my new system and some basic maintenance instructions. I am a single lady and home maintenance can be intimidating but this entire process was completely smooth and it definitely felt like money well spent and a great investment for my homestead. I love my new thermostat and the systems work wonderfully. I will definitely be using Madison HVAC for any future HVAC needs and recommend them to everyone I know.

Derek and the entire crew that showed up on install day - Barry, George, Rosin, and Daniel - were all very professional and worked hard all day with no delays, complaints, or excuses. Hands down the most knowledgeable and professional HVAC company we have dealt with-and we have dealt with several! Derek(owner) came in and instantly saw what 3 other companies and multiple techs had missed. He easily explained things on my level, was patient, and realistic. I also appreciated that he weighed what was important to us and calculated the long term goals with a simple cost analysis. If that wasn’t enough, his wife and co-owner, Mandy followed up with a phone call to ensure I had everything I needed and even educated me in several areas including personal home insurance options I didn’t even know existed. I just got a new HVAC system installed today. I got three different quotes and Madison had the best price and they installed a Bryant HVAC, which is a very good quality. Derrick came to my home for the quote for the job. He explained my options and gave me his recommendation on what I needed. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I accepted the bid on a Monday and they were here by Wednesday to install. The lady from the office called me to schedule my appointment and she explained what was going to happen that day. The workers showed up on time and knocked the job out as planned. The technicians were professional and very courteous. I paid the price that I was quoted and very happy with my experience with Madison HVAC. They replaced my upstairs HVAC 4 years ago and they were equally impressive then. I chose the right company both times. Would definitely go with them again in the future.

Dan came and worked his but off for us great service. He was very professional and a great guy to fix your heating and air needs. Great warranty also we bought our original system from them and they back their products.they also installed uv lights for us to kill the mold that might build up like it did on the other one which is important for us since my father has a compromised immune system.
