Kramer and his team arrived right on schedule. The reminder and tracking notifications were helpful. He checked all normal operations, maintenance needs and recommendations thoroughly. He addressed some usage ideas, like direction of ceiling fans for optimal comfort and corrected an air outlet that rattled, which to me was a value added benefit. All team members were polite, introducing themselves and bringing the items they were responsible for to my attention. Times between my initial call, your response, scheduling and completion were all minimal, no delays at all. I have no reservations about recommending your services to friends.

Josh and Aces of Air are my one and only go-to for all my heating & cooling needs. Every time I have called with any concern, they have been super responsive and accommodating. Josh takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why and goes above and beyond to share helpful tips that help extend the life of the unit. Extremely trustworthy - doesn’t try to pressure you in to added services or equipment. If you’re unhappy with your current HVAC service, definitely give these guys a call!

Kramer and his team were out today to install a new HVAC system in my house. All 3 guys were extremely nice and professional. They did a fantastic job and even cleaned up when they were finished! They got the existing unit out and the new one in without damaging any walls…or anything at all, for that matter. I’m now a lifelong customer of Aces of Air.

Absolutely love these guys! They do wonderful work and aren't out to make you spend every dollar you got. My AC went out over the weekend. I reached out late Monday to set up an appointment and was told Tuesday, weather permitting. On Tuesday, we had severe storms most of the day so they pushed my appointment to early Wednesday morning. The service tech arrived promptly in the time frame I was given and had our unit up and running quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. We will definitely use Aces of Air again!

Once again Josh and his crew were quick to respond to an HVAC issue! Josh is my go to man for all my HVAC work. Always professional, reasonably priced, does the job right the first time and is always prompt. Highly recommend Aces of Air!! He's added some nice features like appointment confirmation and technician ETA with tracking so you're not left guessing. I will have to add that guessing when the technician will be there has never been an issue because Josh and his team are punctual. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone!

Was fast to schedule the appointment, the technician was very informative and courteous. When they came back to replace the unit the crew was very polite and did a great job.
