Updated: Upstairs unit went down less than a week after they installed the new downstairs unit. Kramer came out on a Sunday and was able to get it going again for now. We will need to replace it (it’s already 16 years old) but he bought us some time and gave us relief from the heatwave in the meantime. I will absolutely be calling them when the time comes to do the replacement.

I recently called Aces of Air for service, and I was impressed by their quick response time. They had two service technicians at my location within the hour! Both guys were incredibly polite and friendly, which made the experience even better. I love seeing younger professionals in the field, and these guys were not only thorough in their work but also took the time to explain everything they were doing. Kramer and Thomas recently installed a mini split system in our basement. They were on time, reliable, professional, hardworking and neat. Kramer actually diagnosed, and corrected, an issue with our upstairs HVAC system just by looking it over during the time he was waiting for the mini splits to get up and running. We’ve had a variety of contractors in our home for several home repairs/ renovations and Aces of Air ranks at the top. We won’t hesitate to call Aces of Air for any of our home heating and cooling needs. Great experience!
