Technician came out checked every inch for a leak that another company told me I had. No leak was detected and recharged my system for a more than reasonable price. Overall good experience.

Josh gave great customer service! He responded promptly to my request for a bid and listened to my needs.The price was quite reasonable, the work was done in a timely manner and the premises were left clean.

The Freedom Air crew are reliable, trustworthy, and get the job done efficiently. We have had Jake at both our new house and our old house for HVAC work and he's done a great job everytime. He does not take advantage of anyone and works hard to take care of his customers. Couldn't recommend him enough.

A great experience from start to finish! Aces of Air, Josh and technicians replaced an old fuel oil furnace with a LP Gas furnace. They made the switch over easy answering any questions and giving recommendations. They were friendly, professional, punctual and their quality of work was exceptional and pricing was very fair!
They disposed of our old model furnace and left our basement clean. We couldn’t be happier with the new quality of their work and customer care. We highly recommend!

There's no bigger emergency than you getting home from a long days work, its hot outside, you walk upstairs to lay down and BOOM, heavy heated air hits you and you know immediately you have a problem. This happened to me twice in the last year and Aces of Air was at my home within the hour. They're fast and very professional. Last year they installed a new AC unit for me to replace our very aged system that came with the original home. Josh went over all the options and gave a great recommendation. They even improved the duct work since they were in there all ready.
I highly recommend these guys!

Aces of Air was fantastic. I called them the week of July 4th as a last resort, having called multiple other companies who couldn’t come out until the next week. They were there within the hour to check the AC, confirmed the unit needed replaced, and then were able to install the new unit the next day, right before the holiday weekend. The owner even checked in with me on the 4th to make sure everything was working. Have to replace furnace in fall and will be using them!

Josh, thanks for replacing our home AND office HVAC systems! Both systems are making a huge difference in indoor comfort. The new LG mini-split ramps up in a heartbeat making the office nice and comfortable. A little history, I installed the DIY two years ago, following the directions, and discovered it needed new components to get the wireless App to work. The manufacturer took weeks to ship me the new components. However, the new wireless components were not compatible with other components causing the system not to ramp up and the vent positioner stopped working. I reached out to the manufacturer and it took several months to get the replacement PCBs. However, they shipped the wrong components. I decided to have Aces of Air pull the Mr. Cool and replace it with the LG Mini-split. Aces of Air, thanks again!!

Called regarding low airflow throughout certain parts of the house, with the temperature reading 80 degrees (set to 68). Technician named Thomas showed up first thing the next morning. Found out that our coils were freezing and found a refrigerant leak in our system. Had it fixed within an hour. Thomas provided super friendly and honest service, and was even willing to help explain how I can maintain my system going forward! Would recommend Aces of Air to anyone!

we don’t even know what to say. Couldn’t be happier with the service. I, usually do not recommend ppl that I do not know personally. But after doing business with Thomas, I would recommend this company to anyone. A different company may have broken the bank. Aces of Air Inc took good care of us. And we thank the Lord for sending them our way.

From the initial call to the arrival they were very professional. Could track where the service technician was as he was getting here. When they got here they were very friendly and got right to the issue and had it up and running in no time at all. They even got to the appointment 1.5 hours sooner than expected. Definitely going to continue to do business with.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Kramer was our technician and he couldn't have been a nicer guy! He was here the day I called and got our AC up and working within about 20 minutes. He was polite and worked clean, I cannot recommend this place and this technician highly enough. Will definitely call them next time we have an issue!
