One word, awesome. One of the best people I've ever hired to do a job for me. If there were more contractors doing their trade with the same professionalism the world of home repairs and renovation would be a better place. Could not be any happier with his service, he knocked out several difficult stumps with ease, thank you again Don.

Don was friendly, on time and professional. His grinding machine was appropriate for the work that I needed and could navigate into a tight area where my tree stump was. He took care not to damage my flowers and made suggestions to make the work performed come out as I expected with minimal mess. This is the second time I have had a stump removed, and I will use his company again if I need to. Thanks again Don!

Don is a miracle worker. I had an extremely difficult situation, an enormous multi-trunk weed tree that had grown up next to my garage and become a hazard. Plus, another tree that had grown through a fence and another old stump and all made more difficult because of lack of access.

I can only echo other comments here about Don's professionalism and helpfulness. He came up with solutions and talked to others who ended up being part of the project on my behalf.

Very conscientious and very fair pricing. Don is one of those rare 110% guys. Thank you again, Don. My yard looks so much better thanks to you.

I wanted to check every box regarding what I liked about working with Don: good quality, good value, professional, responsive and on time.

I had a difficult situation: the backyard where the 2 stumps were located was difficult to access with the grinding equipment because the houses are close together. Spaces are tight and there are obstacles to work abound, but Don was responsive in texting back and forth with me till we came up with a plan.

On a very warm August morning, he came (on time) and removed 2 stumps. He took care not to damage existing flowers etc, and laid down tarps to protect the paver patio that the grinder had to cross. I couldn't be more pleased, and I highly recommend Special K Stump Grinding.

I had 2 large stumps keeping me from being able to replace a storm-damaged fence. Don came out twice, explained in detail what needed to be done, and completed the job quickly! He went above and beyond, also removing multiple small stumps from the fence line. He was great to work with, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs stump grinding!

Don and his son did a great job for me. They were on time cleaned up the job site and threw in some extra stumps I had. Very friendly and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend them and will definitely use their services in the future Very good price

I am writing this review on behalf of my aunt Audrey Kulmer. She had a man named James E Whobrey with this company come to her house & do a half done job. If you will contact her to schedule to come correct it, I would be happy to remove this review.

Saw one of their guys driving recklessly over a curb onto Westport Rd.

Saw one of their vehicles blow a red light almost causing a wreck and was driving all over the road down Outer Loop tonight, swerving back and forth between lanes and even driving halfway into the median multiple times.

Don't let these people anywhere near your property! Eddie and Amanda stained my deck with a stain in kittyitter containers. Put on wrong color. Showed up unannounced . Put on in freezing weather. I have more stain on sides of my house and my 3,000 French doors than on my deck.
These people need to be in PRISON.

Deck stain/pressure wash deck & siding-March 2024 (3 stars)
1) Terrible communication- shows up without letting you know he'll be out. Shows up late.
2) Messy on the job...Pressure washed our deck and siding, did a good job other than leaving all the windows dirty after the job. Annoying, but not a huge deal.
3) Incomplete job... contract says 2 coats of paint and the 2 coats were sprayed, but main walking area is not fully covered.
4) I called to ask for the touch up paint because he didn't leave any as promised, but no return call/text. Over a week later he just shows up and leaves a small container of paint.

Concrete- May 2024 (1 star)
1) Terrible communication- shows up unannounced at 8pm... doesn't call/text or even knock on the door (my husband was home but didn't know they were there) when they came out to set their forms (which I thought it was odd to set forms before digging anyway, but I'm not a concrete professional). Says they will be out next day because no rain, then doesn't show up for 3 more days. Doesn't announce they are coming again and doesn't answer calls/texts.
2) As they were leaving my husband inspects the job and the concrete is not level, it's very rough to walk on, and some areas are not smooth at all.
3) They said they would come out the next day to finish up and take forms off, but over a week later it's still here and they won't answer the phone.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE this company!!! The owner is Eddie Whobrey, Shepherdsville, KY.

Kentuckiana Pressure Cleaning is not a company I would ever trust on my property. The level of unprofessionalism I saw raised serious safety concerns, and the poor quality of their work speaks for itself. When you look at the other reviews, you’ll see a clear pattern that should make anyone think twice. No one should take chances with a company that shows this little reliability or integrity. Do not do business with them.

I used Wright Property Solutions for a privacy fence for my backyard. They were able to give me several options on fence sizing and were transparent on pricing for each. I appreciated them going out of their way to give me options that would work with my budget. Their communication was great and their work was outstanding— it turned out better than I had imagined. They were punctual and the nicest guys. I always try to go with local contracting as much as possible and I was so glad I went with them. They were absolutely fantastic!

In addition to all the above services, Cody built a 10x30 foot covered front porch, 14x16 back yard deck, complete fencing around yard, flagstone base fire pit and paver walkway. What impressed me was he is self motivated, self driven and a very hard worker. His work is excellent!

This is our third year using Wright Property Solutions to get our yard ready for summer. Cody Wright and his crew do an outstanding job. We give them our highest recommendation.

Cody is a stand up guy. Always great to work with. Very good communication and puts a lot of time and effort into the project every time! Wright Property Solutions put up about 100 feet of fence between my property and two neighbours. The owner, Cody Wright, was professional and easy to communicate with and work with. The job was done to specifications at the agreed upon price. This outfit has my unqualified endorsement.
