People thought I was crazy when I said I wanted a horse style fence in town with wire mesh to keep my dog in the yard. Cody knew exactly what I was asking for and built me a beautiful fence. His team also removed some mature burning bushes that were in the way and you can’t even tell there used to be something there.

Cody and his team did a great job putting up our fence and they were able to get the job done in two days. They had all of the correct and professional equipment to move the heavy materials and drill the holes for posts. Which was great because our yard didn’t get torn up in the process.

We are extremely pleased with our new privacy fence that Cody just finished. I love the fact that he is very meticulous and organized about the quality of his work and does things in such a way that it shows!
He also went around the entire yard with me to mark it off and give us as much fenced in yard that he could and still be inside our property line. (We have a pretty weird cut to our property). Cody and his guys do AMAZING work!!! I had an old fence replaced and my back deck redone with composite flooring and modernized cable railing and underpinning. I couldn’t have ask for a better person to work with! Cody is very professional, he is open to making any vision a reality, and I would recommend him and his crew to any and everyone!

Cody and his team were exceptional! After 20 years, the landscaping at our home had become overgrown to the point you couldn’t see the house very well. The first photo is the before picture, and the others are after Cody worked his magic. Throughout the design phase, Cody worked with my wife to find the right plants to compliment our house. He went above and beyond to find a particular tree called a Hinoki my wife really wanted to add. Cody was very knowledgeable, and he had lots of choices to pick from to customize our landscaping.

His team did a fantastic job of removing the old plants, removing the stumps, adding the new plants, and then adding new mulch. They also trimmed trees to make the yard look the best it’s ever been! Cody and his team worked very hard to get the job done in the same day and ready for the Kentucky Derby! I highly recommend Wright Property Solutions.

Cody and his crew have done many jobs for me over the years, and they have always done a fabulous job. Some of the jobs that they have done are: cut my lawn weekly; trimmed bushes and put down mulch, and they have buried my downspouts. This years big project was a total clean-up of my front and side landscape beds. Bushes (16) and trees(4) (stump & all) were removed, three new trees were planted, about 16 new bushes were planted, and mulch was put down in every landscaping area.

Cody listens to what you want, but will give you suggestions if you want them. Definitely call Wright Property Solutions and have Cody and his crew make your landscaping beautiful.

My wife and I needed a paver patio built on the side of our back yard shed to cover an area that is shaded to the point where grass will not grow. I also wanted an old concrete slab deck landing removed and replace with the same pavers. I found Cody’s team working in another yard in my neighborhood, after one conversation with Cody I knew I could trust him and would be taken care of properly. I will not hesitate a minute to hire Wright Property Solutions for all of our outside projects. You just can’t find his professionalism and get it done attitude these days. The cost was in alignment with what I expected to pay.

I highly recommend Wright Property Solutions for your deck and fence needs. Cody and his crew do top quality work. They just finished a replacement deck at one of my rentals. They installed a new privacy fence last year. They do their work in a timely manner. Cody stayed in touch with me during the process. They are also very cost effective. When they took my old deck down, they found defective work that attached deck to the house. Water damage and rotted wood. They corrected damaged section, and water proofed section that attaches deck to the house. In other words, they do top quality work and save you money down the road! Save money and check them out.
