Cody and his team were great! Communication was great through a complicated project. He built us a beautiful deck. A super strong retaining wall and a lovely patio that has transformed our backyard. He was always patient with my odd or last minute requests and his team were always respectful.

Mike and his crew Came out to do some landscaping for me. They had it done that day and it looks absolutely amazing. Everyone is very kind and polite and very efficient and thorough with the work that they did. We are very pleased with the work and it looks absolutely wonderful.

We have a new build home and the sod installed was not satisfactory. We called Mike Osbourn Lawn Care to look at our situation. We needed more fill dirt, new sod, and we decided to include an irrigation system and additional landscaping. His team worked tirelessly to remove the old sod and install everything needed to meet a short deadline as we had a wedding event planned. Mike and his team came to our rescue!! We had a pipe that needed to be buried under our sidewalk to irrigate our sump pump into the drain properly. They were able to come out so quickly, and they got the job done so quickly and it looks great! Would recommend them 10/10 and will likely use in the future for landscaping needs!

We hired Mike and his crew to do a complete removal of our old landscaping and level out our back yard where a old pool used to sit. They did the whole job in just over a day. They did exactly what we asked for. Now we have a "clean slate" to do the landscaping the way we envisioned when we bought the house. I'm not sure I could have done the job myself any cheaper than what he charged us. That's very rare these days. I'm really hoping to work with them on the re-design and completion of our landscaping now. I highly recommend Mike Osbourn Lawn Care.

Louisville experienced a good sized snowfall. I came home from the airport after vacation and couldn’t get my car out of the driveway. Mike personally came out without any hesitation and immediately took care of plowing my driveway. I now have a reliable means of transportation again. I am so thankful for his help!

They cleared our lot of snow and ice at two locations (AA TIRE AND AUTO REPAIR AND KING IPHONE). We were very pleased with their service. These guys do amazing work! If your not using these guys your doing it all wrong. Mike was real responsive from getting me a quote through completion of the job. His employees are the hardest working guys I've met, no detail goes unnoticed with them. Take a look at this great wall and sod job they did. Highly recommended.

I called Mike, the owner, to install a lawn irrigation system. Mike promptly responded and came out to give an estimate. He started work on the system when he said he would and we were very pleased with the results. Mike is a hard worker and can be trusted to do an excellent job.

Absolutely great customer service as Mike came out to see exactly what we envisioned for our front and back yards. For more context, my wife and I have used two other companies before Osborne’s and the work they both did for us was decent, but not for the price either of them charged.

Mike and his team do a great job. Conscientious and professional. Fair price and takes great pride in their work. Recently cleaned up our landscaping and it looks great! We moved into a new build last year and ended up needing to have our lawn redone. Called Mike for a quote and have not regretted it. The lawn looks great and Mike is on top of checking in and performing the various treatments needed to support a new lawn and maintain it. Highly recommend Mike. I reach out to this company this morning just looking for someone to cut my grass. Some one was sent out to cut my grass same day which me and my family appreciated. After the cut I tipped the workers and went back to working and taking care of my family. I then receive one call from the owner I'm guessing asking how things went I said the job was good and I was greatful. He then asked that I leave a review, I advised when I get a moment I would absolutely leave a review. Then I receive a text basically threatening me to leave a review or they would not service me again. Below are the text messages from this guy, I don't know what the world is coming to when this is the type of business people are out here running. I would make sure to never use this company again, and ensure I steer all people away from companies like this.

Mike's team took care of the snow and ice in our driveway and on steps and walkways yesterday after the BIG snow. Mike even called me twice to insure smooth appt time. His employees were very thorough!

Mike Osbourn Lawn Care and Pools went out of their way to help me order the correct sized sand filter when a lot of the other pool stores were telling me that the under sized ones would be fine. He was able to get me taken care of the same day I called! Very happy with their friendly service!
