    Lowe's used them as a contractor for a generator installation. I paid in full January 5th, 2023 for generator and labor. Was told it would be done late Februrary. Later find out rescheduled for March 27th, today. Got a call a few days before the install A+ canceled the install and pushed it out to May 5th. Blamed permitting office and electric company. I called both, they clearly stated A+ just flat canceled the job. Permit was approved, Electricians were ready. A+ basically just didn't want to do the job. Fought with Lowe's to get my money back. Now looking for another contractor to install. DO NOT USE. They are thieves. Lied the whole way, blaming everyone else for not doing work they agreed to do months ago.
