Austin got it right, no problem. His fees are more than fair, and there was never an issue with scheduling. Will recommend him to everyone.

Town and Range Surveying was so easy to work with. We needed our property surveyed quickly, and they were able to come out a couple of days after I called them. It didn't take them long to do our survey, and then they walked the property lines with us and answered any questions we had. Overall, they were great to work with and I highly recommend them! My experience with Austin from Town and Range Surveying has been excellent. I've never had to hire a surveyor before, but after some questions about our fence line popped up regarding a new property, we decided to move forward and hire a surveyor. I spoke to a few different companies on the phone and Austin was hands down the most personable and willing to explain the process. That, along with his excellent reviews, made the decision to hire him easy. The work was scheduled quickly and appears very thorough. I would return to Austin for any of my future survey needs.

I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Austin and Matt at Town and Range. They helped us solve a major problem we were running into with the city. We were trying to CIPP our sewer line and the city was requiring us to create an easement with our neighbor in the back prior to granting us the permit to do the work. I called Austin and he came over to locate sewer lines, draw easement map and create legal description for the easement document for the city. Thanks to Austin's expertise and due diligence, he was able to discover our sewer line was connecting to the main on OUR property, not on the neighbors. The city looked at Austin's report and granted us the permit without having to go through the trouble of drawing up a legal easement. Austin and Matt were so personable, friendly, responsive, and extremely easy to work with. Use them!

Austin was very nice and helpful as he explained their work. He and Matt trudged through a lot of trees and bushes while it rained the whole time. They provided some good maps of the area they surveyed, which was greatly appreciated.

I contacted Town and Range to come out and find my property boundary so I could determine whether an existing fence was on my property or the neighbors. Austin and Matt came out and explained the process to me and knocked out the survey in under an hour. I am very happy with the service I received!

Austin and team helped us resolve a property line disagreement with a neighbor. Without them, our driveway project would’ve not only ruined a neighbor relationship and more than likely stopped us entirely in moving forward. Austin was prompt, professional, courteous and well prepared to execute the actions necessary to deliver unquestionable demarcations on all four corners of our property. I don't normally do Google Reviews. However, my experience with Austin and Town And Range Surveying was terrific and I felt compelled to share my experience. I was hesitant re contacting Austin and his company because of the "fill out the survey." I have done this before and most people never get back, but Austin did just what his survey said he would do...got back to me within 24 hours or even less. I found Austin and his partner to be friendly, professional and exacting. Austin even sent me the original survey my dad had done when he bought the lot in the 40s. I was very touched by that. I would NOT hesitate to refer Austin/Town and Range Surveying to anyone wishing to do a 4 point survey or more. I learned alot about my property. I am having an addition done in the next year or two, and Austin even referred me to resources for that. WHEN you hire Austin, you will NOT be disappointed. I not only got a qualified surveyor, but I felt like I got a new friend. That's the best kind of people to hire!
