Land Surveyor reviews across the US

I've been hiring Survey companies for years, and recommending them to my clients, and this group is one of the best. I like their attention to detail, and the extra effort to include as many details, like utilities, trees, shrubs, patio's rockeries, topo's and all the other things the various building departments are now requiring.

They are very responsive, and considering the workload, they are faster than most larger companies, while holding the line on excessive costs. They even add the 'Boundary Map', which is helpful it proving height limits.

Their final PDF and CAD drawings are very easy to work with, and they are willing to add anything I think they missed.

I just hate posting this kind of review, because it means they will get even more busy. :-)

Ryka was clear and communicative throughout the survey process. They were also able to coordinate with a landscaping crew I hired to handle clearing the paths they needed to conduct survey work on a steep slope on the property. I feel as though their work on the slope was accurate too, as we had an old survey with which to compare that we knew to be inaccurate (you could see the slope steps were clearly wrong with the naked eye.)

Their pricing was also very fair. I would absolutely work with Ryka again for any surveying I need!

Customer service and the work quality was terrible. I ordered 3 forms surveys because they took it upon themselves to change the points of their measurements. Once explained to their regional manager Raul, he told me I would have to pay for another survey so they can measure from the correct points which they should’ve measured since the beginning.

After everything they decide not to do anymore business.

Used AmeriSurveyors to check and update my property line. The guy that came out was courteous, polite, and answered all my questions. He informed me of the next steps. The company was very easy to work with answering all of my questions before going with them, and they gave me the best price from a group of quotes. I will keep their info if I should need their services again! I would recommend them for use.

I needed survey done on a piece of property and needed to find company that could carry out boundary survey, topographic and tree survey at short notice. AmeriSurveyors were recommended to me and I didn't find their service disappointing at all. They got the job scheduled within 24 hrs and turned over the report within 3 business days. How can you beat that? I normally use larger survey companies who took much longer at higher cost too. I found AmeriSurveyors team very knowledgeable, efficient and timely in getting the job done.
