Used garden entrance to avoid security etc. Picked up soap for pressure washer. In and done in less than 5

JUST GO TO LOWES. Everyone here at home depot is incompitent. I was transferred to 6 departments because no one knows what the hell a ceiling tile is. They sent me from kitchen and bathroon design to electrical to a different person fron electrical to plumbing to lumber and building materials then tried to send me to flooring before i had enough. Try training your employees properly because they are terrible. Just go to Lowe's right down the street (still on warner) between beach and newland, if they cant help you they at least know what department can.

The Garden Manager at Home Depot on Warner in HB is the best example of concerned service I've seen at HD in a long time. My husband & I were both ill & didn't really feel like shopping for a Christmas tree, but with relatives coming from Europe for the holidays, we had no choice. The Garden Manager (I wish I'd asked his name) was working the tree lot & gave us the most amazing service, giving us help with the right stand, explaining how to stabilize the tree, loading it onto our car & tying it down. We are so grateful for his help.

I like the garden center here it's full of nice plants and flowers that we like to plant in our garden. The prices are pretty good also. I recently bought some garden tools including a shovel, shears, and a garden hoe and it was like only $50.

I always come here for soil, mulch, garden tools and plants. They didn't have many perennial plants available on this visit. Plenty of annuals. Beautiful poinsettias are available for low prices. Staff is friendly. Parking lot under construction getting ready for Christmas tree lot. Many colorful flowers on display.

Garden Center says open at 10:00AM on Saturday. I show up at 10:30AM and it’s closed. They can’t open until the temp is 50 degrees, wish that was on the website when I looked it up this morning.

Great employees and awesome management

Went to get some decorations and we were helped by Kevin in the garden center. He was such a breath of fresh air! Very helpful and pleasant. I wish all stores had a Kevin!

Super easy in and out, usually not crowded. Some times it's tough to find help, even when it's slow. But the people there are generally really friendly. The garden department has has some excellent ladies who go above and beyond.

Avoid checking out in the garden center. You will wait an extremely long time. the self checkouts were actually much easier and they worked, or you worked.

I visited in early June. The plants all looked to be in great shape, minus a few smaller perennials. I was able to find pavers I'd been looking for and mulch on a steep discount. The bees happily buzzing around was an added bonus!
