Don’t answer phone calls

The owner of Roberts Nursery yelled at me and said he didn't care about the locates being completed before his crew planted trees at my house. That tells me that is his crew hit any underground power lines, gas or water pipes, that would've been my problem.

Took a picture of unhealthy plant from our garden. They identified the plant, told us how to make it healthy, provided the restorative (not sold, provided), and gave some additional suggestions for other plants in our garden. We wish all garden shops in the area gave 5* service to people who can only afford 3* service due to retirement.

Great place for annuals. Selection is picked over due to planting season but still have nice looking annuals. Have not purchased anything else.

Loved working with the staff on trees and shrubs. They were well educated on nursery stock and easy to work with.

What an AMAZING year. Chris and Joe have had my yard looking AMAZING every mow. As picky as I am and they never fell short of doing it 100 percent!!!! Great job guys! Looking forward to next year!

Micah was very knowledgeable, offered suggestions, and helped walk flowers to my car.

The ladies here are extremely nice. Helped us pick out flowers that would look good in our yard. And helped give recommendations on keeping them alive since hubby and I are not the best with keeping plants alive. This is definitely our to go to place for flowers or trees. 😊

Ask for Holly, Very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She really knows her stuff. Having been to many nurseries, this is one of the best. We were assisted promptly, and given clear instructions on care needed for our plants. We will gladly do business here again

Came to Robert’s Nursery a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. I’m having a couple of pest problems with my garden and Laura gave great advice that has helped tremendously. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. I will definitely be going again in the near future!

We purchased a tree with warrenty in 2023 from Ryan at Roberts Nursery West. They did a good job planting on time and no mess! Unfortunately the tree did not survive and we contacted Roberts Nursery and spoke with Ryan and went onsite with picture and opened the warranty process with Ryan, very supportive with us and chose another tree to replace ours. Ryan told us a time frame and his team came and replaced the tree with the one we chose, and another fine job, you would never know they were in your yard and the tree looks awesome! Thank you Ryan and Team and Roberts Nursery for their support, customer care and completion of replacing our tree! Five Stars and our appreciation, thank you! Giles and Debbie.

We've driven past this business many times but have never stopped. We FINALLY did so & we'll definitely be back. Nice plant, pots, veggies, seeds, everything for our lawn and more. Very nicely decorated too. Nope, don't work there, just a very happy customer.

I recently hired Robert's Nursery, Landscapes, & Lawns to remove my old plastic edging around my house, some ornamental evergreens and some other landscaping items. I'm completely blown away by how great of a job they did. Bob gave great recommendations and competitive pricing. I'm very satisfied with the products they used (locally sourced) as well as how great the crew was that he sent to to my home. They were all about the details. Furthermore, I recently switched from another lawn service to Robert's Nursery Landscapes & Lawns. Again, they're are knocking out of the park. They communicate better than anyone in the industry on what they're doing and my lawn looks better than it has in years. This is truly a 5-STAR business!

Kris M helped design our backyard according to our wants and needs. He recognized some drainage concerns and his suggestions were spot on. We absolutely love it! In store we have worked with Micah numerous times. He is so friendly and knowledgable. It’s fun going into the 680 location! Highly recommend all aspects of Robert’s Nursery. Friendly, honest, and great communication.

If you need a tree or many trees, contact Bob Kocol. Try have a huge selection, but don’t just sell a tree. They look at where it is going to be planted to insure your selection will work with the spot. Then, they send a crew out to plant it and warrant it. They are an excellent company to do business with.
