Due to my advanced age, gardening days are extremely taxing on my back. Someone suggested this business to me on Nextdoor, so I went there. I'm glad I came across these.

I’ve had 2 instances where my job was accepted and was never completed on the date I’ve needed it done. I had to follow up with the company (they were never proactive about it) to figure out why the job was not completed. They never really had an answer. I canceled the service twice due to it not being completed after the MOWER accepted the job.

The people who work at this company are very nice, but my experience has been sub par. There have been several instances where I asked to have my lawn mowed and ended up having to wait 2 weeks+. There's no great way to get in touch with the people actually doing the work on the lawn.

They compete well with Lowe's across the street. I prefer Lowe's. Can't really put my finger on why.

There was no price on a plant, so I had to stand there for 13 minutes until some could make a decision. Poor management!

I was accused of stealing and called the N word from one of the sales rep. After I paid for everything I went in the store to get. Such a bad experience for me

Staff ignored me. Plants outside were poorly cared for. Inside plants were better but barely. Still looked a bit neglected. Would not recommend.
