Cool place but they always charge you more than everyone else

Terrible service and cranky. Just wanted a yard of loan and the cranky woman in the office couldn’t be bothered.

I ordered the mulch from them and had it delivered to my home. The person who answered the call sounded so impatient. i am going to try some place else this year.

Rude, disrespectful, no clue what customer service is. I literally had to grab my credit card and walk away because I didn't want to waste a second of my time in there.

Awful place... DEFINITELY would not recommend if you are not Caucasian. Witnessed an African American get treated terribly and called the “n” word by the office lady. COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR.

Only place we could find to pick up individual sod pieces 5 by 2 feet. Staff were helpful, gave good advice, plus the price was right!

Called today to order mulch delivery. The lady acted like she couldn’t be bothered to take the call. I kept trying to schedule a mulch delivery and she kept responding with a barely audible ok and a very awkward silence. She never attempted to ask what type of mulch or where I would like it delivered. It was very weird. I ended up using Landscape Express in Roslindale and they were very helpful. I use to use Sam White a lot and I liked them, it’s to bad.

Sold me vegetable garden soil with broken glass, shredded plastic, metal and lead contaminated. Avoid all cost.

I have used this company multiple times to deliver mulch and compost. I think they are great. The older woman on the phone is not super polite but she isn't rude either, just short. They have some younger people on the phone now and they are all pleasant in their phone ,manners. Delivery of the product is what counts. They always delivery what I want when they say they will and dump the load where I ask them. Even when I'm not at home. It's great.

Lots of assorted plants here, also the Christmas shop is cool too.

They had butane lighters for the grill advertised 2 pack for $1.49 each. Went to register to pay, they rung up at $3.99. We showed sales clerk the area and signage of price. He called management and they came over and saw price advertised on sign. They said it was wrong price and tore the sign and threw it away. They didn't honor price advertised, that's false advertisement 😡 No sorry, no adjustment of signed price, bad management. Won't shop here again!

5 cars in the line and I was told, rudely, by gentleman with white hair, that it would take 3 hours to get to my car. Second time I have gone and given inflated wait times.

Garden center, I came looking for succulents and they had an amazing selection to choose from.
