No staff on the floor in the plumbing and bath dept.
Pushed the associate button 2x in different spots.
Off to home Depot.

The line at the garden center took 15 minutes and they had a terrible selection of pots, there were almost none at all.

Lowe's has lots of plants although they should have more people at the cash registers too long or too long the lineups

They have always problem with returning items I checked one thing at home but was not fit so return it then they told me I return it but next time we don’t accept open packing so how I check items

I received a window box planter with 8 different plants in it when my wife passed. So I replanted them. Now I have some nice plants throughout my home to look at. Thanks for the selection of pots.

Rather disappointed this time round. If it wasn't for soil being 1.99 for 25 L bag, not sure I'd have gone. Their prices for plants is much higher than nearby stores. And they no longer do Air miles.

Only went because soil was 1.99 and Peavy was out. Went to the cashier who was not equipped with the book of garden supply barcodes. However another cashier had a book but could not find the black Earth. I said I would go take a picture of the product that was quite a walk away. If Lowe's had good customer service I would think the salesperson would have done that or at least come with me. The older blonde other salesperson was very argumentative and not helpful at all. Once we purchased my husband loaded into the truck before the guy even arrived. Then he just waved!

Doesn't stand behind the products they sell. Poor return policy. Bought an umbrella less than a month ago. Broke after 3 weeks. Won't accept even an exchange because I don't have the box or original receipt even though I can prove it was bought in this store.
