I actually had a good Pleasant experience at Home Depot today the garden center people and the customer service people were great!

The Garden Center at Home Depot was easy to navigate and I was able to what I needed. Unfortunately due to the pandemic this is not always the case, but I don't blame Home Depot as they are just retailer.

Nice place to grab soil amendments. The plant selection is sometimes limited but usually you can get what you need. Associates are mostly helpful.

Bought a BBQ from a different Home Depot, and began to assemble it. A step came up and I couldn't find a particular part. I searched for 20 minutes and finally admitted to myself that the part wasn't in the box. I called up this Home Depot and explained to them the situation.

No questions asked, no doubt in their voice, they just told me to come in and they would get me the part. Went back home, and it turns out I was missing another 4 parts. Called again, and they were very accommodating.

Everyone was very helpful despite the amount of people they had in the store. John and Eric from Garden, you guys are awesome!

We went in today and got our Christmas tree from home Depot and it was a great experience. They offered to wrap the tree cut off the bottom to make it more square and trim the bottom of the tree without me having to ask them. Great experience. I always go to this home Depot and never have an issue.

Plants low priced, but have to be careful to make sure they are healthy, no parasites etc. Staff not very knowledgeable.

The Home Depot on Willard Street Quincy. Ma has much more knowledgeable employees than the Centre Street store. If you need assistance, go to Willard St.

The wood cutting section was out of order and the paint section was disorganized, we spoke to a man who had been waiting for 30 minutes. Once we were finally helped it took way longer than it should have. Maybe just a bad day but yikes 😬 we did find other things we needed though

yeah , i wish i was joking ma . they sell grass . YOU CAN GET THAT AT THE PARK FOR FREE ! this system cannot continue in such a manner . i am beyond distraught .

I was gifted 2 Gardenia plants last year. To my delight,they blossomed so much and so often,I was amazed! I've never had one that lived even a week before! I'll be back soon. Best plants ever!
