I called for a free quote on a sprinkler system. They never showed, after an hour we called, they said they were running behind an about 15 to 20 mins away. Never showed, no courtesy call. I finally texted an said I needed to cancel as it was an hour past and had to work. No response, called wouldn't answer. Very unprofessional.

We are so pleased with our project from conception to finished. Jon found a creative way to make the most of our tiny yard and Armando and his crew did an excellent job implementing the design. Northwest turned what had been a pretty unusable space into a small oasis for us—and their bid was much less than other companies we had contacted.

Saul and his crew were incredible!! They completed their work with excellence and were finished well within the projected completion dates. Saul was always available and open to any changes we came up to him with. We literally use our backyard everyday now.

We used Northwest Landscape at the recommendation of a friend, and they exceeded our expectations! Our backyard looks incredible, we felt very communicated with throughout the whole process, and the level of professionalism was above several of the competitors we had gotten quotes from. I will be using them again in my new home, and I can't stress enough how personable and professional Saul, the owner, was in the entire process. Northwest is WELL worth working with!

We spoke direclty with Saul, the owner, and he met all of our needs with our complete backyard landscape. He is a humble man and he takes time to listen to what you want and need.
They were able to start a week ahead of schedule. They always kept us in the loop about the job. We even had some changes and they we're met with listening ears and done to our satisfaction. They came.highly recommended to.us by our daughter's school and many friends and neighbors. We would highly recommend them as well.

The team here is impressive from start to after. They listen and care. Great materials and contractors. We are very happy!! Timing was great too.

Anger problems. Do not trust them.

Pays employees $10-$12 an hour doesn’t care about employees doesn’t do a good job on any type of lawns doesn’t care about any type of lawn

Questionable integrity. Be cautious with this organization. Owner Tom and employee Nic G are both phoney individuals.

Was supposed to start cutting my lawn , wouldn't get a call back after several messages, got ahold if them today and they said they aren't gonna be cutting it.....thanks

I have been using T & J for years, installation and maintenance. Very consistent and responsive!

I'm in my 3rd year with the service. They never missed a week of cutting, unless I requested it or the weather was to bad all week. They do a great job with friendly workers.

Loud equipment, poor work quality
. Working in a residential at or b4 6am and I'm sick of fixing what they mess up in my yard while working on the neighbors yard. They block other driveways aswell... totally unprofessional.... spend your money elsewhere

Hired this business to repair our irrigation system. Never completed the job and lied about the work being completed. Tried contacting Tom, the owner but he would not answer the phone. Took weeks to get scheduled due to their misunderstanding how Miss Dig operates. Released them from the job via voicemail and never received a call back or apology. Be cautious if considering this business!

You might want to be careful who you let put your logo on their vehicles. There was a newer model white Suburban with your company stickers on the back window, driving through Rochester that likes to fly around people on the shoulder coming up in school zones. Definitely not the way I would want my company represented.

Read the entire review. The low review is not for the quality of work. The work is excellent. The workers did great work and were very polite.

The reason for the low score is how the business side is run. It was an impossibly long battle to get a quote. MONTHS. The crew was scheduled to start the next day on the job and I had to tell Mike (the primary sales, design and job Supervisor) to not start the job until I had a written quote. Not an unreasonable request for a $17k+ job. I received the quote the night before after asking for it several times.

The communication was HORRID. I understand that plans can change because of weather and other unforeseen circumstances but all I wanted was a call or text that to let me know. They just simply did not show up. For days. With ZERO communication. When I did bring this up to Mike his approach was that I was asking too much and that it was MY problem. Apparently it’s tough for him to understand that a customer should be informed of delays. I don’t think it’s an unreasonable request.

Numerous date commitments were made and then missed with ZERO communication.

If you’re going to run a business like this you have to communicate, not deflect.

I would have loved to be able to provide referrals to my friends, and some even pressed me several times but in all good conscience I could not recommend T&J Landscaping. The work was great when it was done, but the communication and quoting was a nightmare and could’ve been solved with simple, phone calls or texts.

Based on the quality of work completed last summer, I was going to have them come out and seal the brick work that was installed. I was told to reach out in April to get set up for May. I did, and then my request slipped into late June and now mid July. I finally decided to go somewhere else for the sealing. The delays and poor communication AGAIN was too much…AGAIN.

In summary, the work was top notch but the business operation was a nightmare.

They wont even care about this review.

After consumers energy did some work and messed up my yard, T&J came to restore the lawn with sod and fix the sprinklers that consumers messed up. T&J did an awesome job. The workers did the job the right way and went so far out of their way to make sure they had the right parts for the sprinkler system. They went above and beyond and I would recommend their service to anyone. The crew that came out to our house was respectful and professional in their work. Cleaned up the yard nicely.
