Nice place. Huge selection. Recent pricing. Have to get weight of your car if you buy stone. No small pieces priced to just grab. A great selection still during mid July. Some employees are extremely friendly and helpful, some are zombies with no interaction with customers. Best selection of plants in Henderson.

Star Nursery has always been a favorite! Their plants are very reasonably priced and the environment is so nice and welcoming. Extra points for their pond and 2 cats that roam around.

I shop here often , like weekly . Pretty bummed to say I had a thrips infestation recently . Seemed odd to me that the only plants infected were from this particular store . 6 plants in total . Had them for about 3/4 weeks .

My last visit I was looking through their monsteras since they had a floor full , dug through all of them and noticed diseased plants and seeming how they are all close together basically on top of each other . Tisk

I don’t know how their worker Eric is even employed at this establishment he displayed the worst behavior I have ever received after spending money at someone’s business. He screamed at me for asking what time they closed & when I came back the next day he snatched a bundle of lavender out of my own hands! I’ve never felt so disrespected Star nursery needs to have better judgment when hiring people and nothing was done after he did this to me in front of other workers. Disgusting behavior that should have been penalized the first time. Will absolutely be going to Moon valley nursery across the street from now on.

Great employees. But don't buy the Emerald Carpet grass seed. I reseeded an entire lawn with it and the only parts that survived the heat of summer were in the shade, despite plenty of expensive watering. It's too fine bladed and doesn't grow tall enough to shade and cool the ground around it, so it dies.

I love that I can just slowly walk the rows and enjoy the space. They do a great job organizing and labeling the plants accurately. The pond in the center is beautiful.

You charged me more than the sale price was at point of sale , charged me double apon pick up. You trashed my kia seat. An I get home an my branches ar broke . Never go to them even if your name was wall-e

I love this place ❤️ the selection is excellent, prices are excellent, or at the very least, super competitive with better quality than other places. Always am I offered assistance with loading my purchases. Employees who are willing to help you are super knowledgeable, which brings me to the one complaint I have. There are several employees, who when asked for assistance, pretend they don't speak English, 🙄 and then they just walk off. I had to assist an older lady yesterday who got this treatment, called out the guy for just laughing & joking with a coworker, in English, 2 rows over. I did report this to someone who was supposed to be a supervisor, but my expectation of it being addressed is super low as they never even asked which employee it was. Overall, excellent product & price, customer service is questionable depending on which employee you approach

My first time here. The sales people seemed nice and knowledgable. I only purchased a fungus spray, but when I got home and checked the reviews on the spray I noticed the mark up on their price! Around $10 difference between them and any other store.
