GREAT company, GREAT guys, GREAT results. They regraded our yard, installed a patio, and put in landscaping rock. The guys handled all the curve balls that I threw at them with spur of the moment changes. They also did many design improvements on the fly to make sure that their portions blended and worked with the existing areas. They were considerate of any plants we wanted to save, bricks for the patio we wanted to use, and features that needed adding. To top it all off they even worked weekends to get it done and mowed my property before they left. Bear landscaping was great to work with

Our experience with Earthscape before, during and after the completion of our patio deserves a five star rating. We worked from detailed plans and made minor changes during the process with many conversations about how to improve the patio. We had many questions for Colleen,Nick and Aaron.. Each listened carefully and took the time to review and make positive changes. What also impressed us was Nick and Aaron worked from 7am to 8pm! When the Patio was complete,Jason brought his landscape people and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Earthscape for your patio/landscape project. Our patio/landscape far exceeded our expectations.

Earthscape just finished work in our yard. It was a total transformation from a smaller patio and confined to a larger living space with paved drive to our newly constructed back building.
From the beginning working with Jason and Colleen on the initial design to Nick's vision and execution we would highly recommend Earthscape. Nick did a fantastic job talking with us through his new ideas, protective of our neighbors property, cleaning up at night, and working long hours in the heat. Rob was also here with Nick and both did an awesome job.
They were careful and particular that everything drained properly.

Everything was cleaned up after the fact and the crew was very professional. Pricing was fair and Jason answered all my questions along the process. I will definitely be using Earthscape again!

My business with this fine establishment was on 7 May 2025.I was buying some topsoil for a few low areas in my yard. A nice guy named Travis helped me out. He's a very pleasant individual that is good natured and decent to customers. In todays world it is so refreshing to have people like this to handle your needs.In a business like this you can not have too many people like this.My thanks to Travis for his disposition and nature taking care of my request. I will go no where else in the future because of this.

We had the best experience possible with Jason and his team at Earthscape. Every aspect of our engagement with them was exceptional. From the first call I made to have him provide an estimate through the work being done, it was all beyond my expectations. We hired Earthscape to do a fairly extensive removal of two retaining walls and a good amount of landscaping in our back yard, then rebuilding them, along with adding a paver patio and fire pit. Jason quoted me a price and it did not change, even with a number of tweaks to the design once the work started. He quoted a start date earlier in the summer and they started when he thought they would.

Once the work started the crew did amazing work. Always polite and thoughtful - not to mention the quality of the work. Jason thought it would take around 2 weeks, and again, he was about right. The crew cleaned up after themselves, which we greatly appreciated.

The final product exceeded our expectations. We thought the CAD drawing they made for us in the beginning was “too beautiful to be true” but then once they did the work it’s even more amazing than that.

I am happy to provide highest recommendation of Earthscape. Once the grass grows in there will be photos to share of this amazing project.

Jason and his crew were very conscientious, professional, and fast! They installed more than 100 feet of berm 4+ feet tall with 18 trees in one day. There was very minimal damage to our lawn and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. If you’re looking for a really great crew to do your landscaping, I definitely recommend Jason and his Earthscape crew.

I am not one to write reviews unless I think they are well deserved. Travis at earthscape have been so easy to work with and very honest. Know if you choice them you aren’t just getting someone well knowledgeable but, someone who has your interest in mind. I ordered soiled based off what another landscaper suggested but, when they delivered the truck load they told us that we don’t need that much. Definitely will be come back and suggesting them to all friends and family! Highly recommend! Thank you for all you do, Travis!

Travis is a rockstar at Earthscape. I have been purchasing a variety of products (screened dirt, mulch, trees) over the past few years. Travis and the team continually go out of their way to help in any way they can ranging from delivering materials "late in the day" to being honest about how much material is needed or not. I couldn't ask for a better person/place to work with for your landscape needs.....oh and by the way, they also do snow removal services.

I used their services to pump out my sprinkling system, but I'm now told that they don't have enough help so they have to limit the number of customers that they service.
In the past I spent around $15,000.00
for landscaping, but now I'm not spending enough to have them provide me with service.
I went to the office several times for an explanation, but the boss is to busy to call me.
If your looking for landscape services I would look elsewhere, they don't know the meaning of customer service.

very disappointing that they are choosing not to provide irrigation services to long time customers. Didn’t bother to contact us in advance so that we could plan ahead and find someone else…quit using no help as an excuse…left messages to be called and calls are not returned.

Helpful staff and plenty of choices for shrubs and perennials. Prices for the products were consistent with other locations for the products I purchased. Plants were healthy and are doing great. Worth the trip.

I called for service this year and was told maybe next year they could get to me. A new guy in charge named John couldn't be bothered to help out. Not big enough to waste there time even though I am only 1 mile away. After a 25 year relationship with Custom this is what it boils down to is money. Dennis would of never done that to a loyal customer. Shame on you.

My husband and I would like to thank Custom Landscaping for the flowers they provided for our wedding. The staff was very accommodating and flexible, working with us to achieve our vision for our big day. We would recommend giving Custom a call whenever planning an event in the Northwoods.

Very disappointed in the. We've been customers for many years, always paid on time, and even though there were small issues, over all they did pretty good work. Last year I spent about an hour walking around going over projects we wanted done last spring. Got a call in spring to meet to walk around again. Coorona hit and I couldn't get up there, but when I did, I called and didn't even get a call back. After this happened a few times, I finally got a return call, was told the original guy I talked to retired. Met the new estimator and once again spent an hour going over everything. He said he knew nothing about what we wanted done from the other guy. Never got a call back. Called about the lawn care and damages to our property. They were destroying our lawn and in other cases not even doing what we were paying them for. Tried to get someone to come out, I was told it would be the owner, but of course not one return call. Finally fired them and will have to pay for all the damages ourselves. You can see the quality of work in the pics.

They came and did my driveway and very thankful and they did a wonderful job

Got some succulents from them that are doing great! We also bought some lawn art, wind chime and soil nutrients as well to feed our "bonsia" plants. Very helpful and will be back. We're "local", for what that's worth! Beware! You may have to play with a "pupper"!

Brad came to remove some bushes that we couldn’t get out. Also had him remove an entire bed of plants and he trimmed one of our trees. He did a great job and got it done quickly and reasonably priced. Cleaned and removed all of the debris.

BJ’s landscaping is a great company to work with. They are efficient and timely with their communication. Also very impressed with their knowledge and completing my project on the timeline discussed. Highly recommend using this local Shawano company.
