We called last minute and they were able to squeeze us in and come a day early even to help make our flower beds and bushes presentable before a graduation party. The guys were nice and worked their tails off in the hot humid weather. Very happy with their service and are signed up to use again

After weeks of hectic schedules and not having the time to care for our lawn ourselves, we finally decided to find someone to do it for us. I called several different places. Charles answered me back right away. He was able to make time in his schedule to come the following day (which that in itself was amazing! We are having both mothers in this weekend so they can enjoy the pool in a crisp, clean yard!). He worked for 2 days to get our yard exactly how we wanted it! Pulled bushes out, edge, trim, clean up! Everything all by himself! And his prices were extremely fair! He did such an awesome job we want him to continue to take care of our lawn on a regular basis! Hiring Charles will not disappoint!

Had Jeff & Crew come out and they went above & beyond. Not only is the soil graded and covered to mitigate basement flooding, the landscaping itself is beautiful. Yard even got a little up-do for picture day! Looks great!; thank you, CES!

Edit June 2025- I’m changing this review because of the business’s responsiveness. We had a couple questions about the plants from our project and the lighting. My husband reached out several times over a couple of months and we have not heard back.

These guys did a great job! After calling around to get quotes these guys were the most reasonable regarding price by a lot , I had about 8yards. Did all around the house.
Staff was very professional and were in and out in about 2 hrs. Definitely will use again in the future!! Ryan the owner is a great guy to work with.

I contract with Appleton Lawn Snow & Landscaping for service at my retail business. They do lawn care in the summer months and snow removal in the winter. I'm very happy with the results. Their communication is better than expected, particularly during the winter when the snow forecast can change by the hour. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Five star service, for sure.

We had an awesome experience with Appleton Lawn Snow and Landscaping. They work incredibly hard (and fast!) and from design to install Ryan was very responsive to any questions we had along the way.

Purchased a new home where the final landscaping/lawn was put in July 2022. We have standing water up to the foundation. They came out, saw the mess and they never came up with a plan to fix it. We have had several other contractors out and they all said the grading was done incorrectly. We have had quotes to fix it up to $17000.00 and some contractors have said it has to be completely redone because it was done so poorly.They certainly do not stand by their work.

Ryan and team did a great job on my drainage ditch and removing a tree last year!! They were great to work with up front, they arrived when scheduled, they patched up my yard when done, and they even took away extra brush that I had in the back when they removed the tree!! All in all a great company to work with and I will use them again.

The owner, Ryan, delayed seeding our lawn until the very end of Oct 2023. When we expressed concern about this late planting of grass seed, he insisted that he had done this many times over the years and that it would be fine in the spring. When we questioned this further, he looked me in the eye and verbally guaranteed it would grow and that he would reseed in the spring if it did not. The day after he seeded, strong winds had blown the straw and likely some seed away, leaving large areas of bare spots.
When my wife called him this spring (late May 2024) to get the lawn reseeded, he said no because we didn’t water the lawn! As most anyone will recall, the month of May was extremely wet, raining most days, leaving our yard muddy and unwalkable most of the time. He did not contact us this spring at any time with instructions to ensure the lawn would grow successfully. In fact, he said he drove by a couple of times to check but never communicated any suggestions or requirements to ensure a healthy lawn, stating he “doesn’t have time” to talk to all his customers! Collecting our money last fall was apparently the only thing he really cared about. We have learned the value of the owner’s word the hard way and are writing this to hopefully spare someone else a similar experience.

From the time that we requested for quote until after the job was done, the customer focus is far above any other company we reached out to. When emailing Ryan, we came to expect to see a response within hours; not days or weeks. He was very flexible with quoting us different options and is priced within the same range as other companies. His crew came and installed our brick patio and lawn in a matter of three days and were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with tips on maintenance. If you are looking for top notch quality work and extremely good customer service, Ryan and his crew at Appleton Lawn & Snow is definitely the way to go.

Drake has been doing the lawn care at my Appleton residential and commercial properties. He does a fantastic job, is very reliable and stays on top of communication. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable lawn care and landscaping.

Drake has been doing lawn care as well as picking up dog waste for me for over a year! He is very reliable, contacting me weekly about when he’s coming and finding out what needs to be done! He has a positive attitude all the time and makes recommendations of things I could do to my landscaping. This summer he will be doing a large scale landscape project at my home that should be a real improvement to my property! Can’t wait to see the completed project!

I used Decker Landscape and Design for snow removal at my rental unit this winter. The service was phenomenal!! Drake was prompt and did a great job, even when renters had not moved their vehicles and they had to work around them!! Communication was the best!!! I always knew they were either on their way or when to expect them. I look forward to having them do some much needed landscaping this summer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This is someone that you dont want to do business with. I was seeding my yard and the owner and crew was working next door. They drove there tractor through my yard and used leaf blowers to blow the neighbors debris all over my yard and blew all my seed off my lawn. When I confronted the owner he said he had a job to do that its not his problem. I would never hire this company and after telling my neighbor what he did they also said that what he did wasn't right and will no longer be using them. If you have to destroy someone's property to supposedly fix the job you are working on you are not qualified for the job. Please make sure they dont screw over your neighbors if you deside to hire them.

Decker Landscape has been doing Snow Removal for our Senior Living Community in Kaukauna. Drake and his crew are very punctual, professional, and have attention to detail. They keep our community safe in bad weather. They also did our Fall cleanup last season. I highly recommend their services! Drake is a very nice person and easy to work with.
