We couldn't be more pleased with our new landscaping and the services we received from Landscape Solutions. Joe Drexler is not only a knowledgeable and gifted designer, he's a great listener who provides honest feedback and practical solutions. He's also patient, flexible and a great communicator. Kyle and Andrew flawlessly brought Joe's plan to life and were a joy to work with. We were impressed by their work ethic and the positive attitude they brought each and every day. This was the second time Landscape Solutions has helped us beautify our yard (we recently moved) and we highly recommend them.

We didn't know where to start. We met with Shawn and he did a great job coming up with ideas, listening to our changes and scheduling. Shawn and the installers kept to the schedule and everything was cleaned up when done.

My husband and I needed some regrading done around the foundation to help address water issues in our basement. After requesting estimates from a few contractors, Landscape Solutions was the only one to get back to us in a timely manner. Sarah reached out promptly get our estimate scheduled and Shawn was great in reviewing our project and answering any questions we had through multiple estimate revisions.

The crew showed up even earlier than expected on the first day and did good quality work, but we realized when looking at the progress that evening that there had been a miscommunication about how much of a slope we were looking for. I reached out about this and again Shawn and crew were great about going back to add more dirt and slope to make sure we had the outcome we were looking for and peace of mind that we won't need to redo this again in a few years as the dirt settles.

The final product looks great, everything was installed and cleaned up really well and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Landscape Solutions if you are looking for a quality outcome and responsive partner in the process who is concerned about you getting what you needed from the project!

The work Mike and his crew did was phenomenal. Professional, kind, courteous, and an amazing value. During the busiest part of their year it was less than four weeks from quote to the finished product. We finally are working towards the yard we've always wanted, and it wouldn't have been possible without Mike's crew. 12/10 would recommend to a friend, and we will be using them again for our future landscaping projects. Poor performance this year! We had tons of weeds and crabgrass growing this year. We used to be very pleased with them, but not sure what happened this year. Poor quality performance and horrible customer service. No one calls you back to see why you aren't satisfied.

I would avoid this company on basis of poor customer service and lying ("giving misinformation") to customers regarding communication. Was called on 4/16/2025 by this company to renew service (had been with them entire previous summer), agreed on basis of two cuts one in May, one in late May/early June and with the assurance I would receive a text message or a phone call prior to service. Noticed a charge on my account today but the lawn hadn't appeared to have been cut this season yet (I do not reside at service property location but had stopped by), when I called to ask when service was done and when the next service would be I was told "service happened on 4/29 and next service will be within 7-10 days on average" and was told that I was "misinformed" and they do not do ANY form of communication/notice prior to cutting, however this was the main basis for the reason for opting to renew this year prior to selling our property in Mid/Late June.
I would avoid their service because if they did really cut the lawn on 4/29 it was clearly a half done job, and they lie to customers to get them to renew their service with assurances of communication that does not exist. Poor performance and poor customer service I opted to cancel my service at the knowledge of this. Thank you. Account #402242

Horrible customer service. They were great at our old house. Took them 30 minutes to spray. Bought new house bigger lawn, they were here a total of 50 minutes for 4 sprays never touching any of the mosquitos. Would say b3 out in 2-3 days, over 2 weeks. Spent over 400 dollars for them to do nothing and now won't answer or return my calls after asking for a refund, I've never recieved. Called a different company, were out the next day, and mosquito free for 3 2 weeks. What a scam

My experience with this company was horrendous. Never in my 55 years of living have I experienced something like this. When the guy who cut my lawn arrived, his tone of voice wasn't very nice. I didn't really think anything of it. I just ignored it. After my service, I went around the yard and was doing yard work, and I saw that they missed so many spots. I called, and they wouldn't fix it without me, paying another fee. There was also another time when I used their service, i was getting my trees trimmed, and they left tree trimmings all over the yard, i felt like it was a minor incident so I wasn't
gonna make a review. But now that I had their service again, and it was done poorly, i am making a review. I am very disappointed. I will never go back to them again.

Naturescape has done our lawn treatments for several years. We are pleased with our lawn’s appearance and the service we have received over that time.

Completely ruined my lawn. Management would never contact you to look at the lawn. Office people on the phone were friendly. They did come back to respray. A competitor stopped in and told me in 10 seconds what Naturescape did wrong and what he would do to fix it which is all I wanted from Naturescape. I hired the competitor. I would never reccomend Naturescape. Notice the rows of crabgrass in the pictures.

Very, very, frustrated with Naturescape this year. As it is I'm giving them a second chance after last year's fiasco. Only half of my back lawn was treated and they left, apparently hoping I wouldn't notice. Twice they have called and we'll be there tomorrow. Twice, they are a no show with a bizarre and hurried message about we'll swing by next time we're in your neighborhood. Poor communication and poor service. Naturescape, you can and must do better!

I had a lawn treatment on 10/6/2025 and my lawn is still full of weeds. I have had weeds in my yard all summer with their treatments. My lawn looks horrible compared to my neighbors that all use Tru Green. I have enclosed pictures of a small area in front of my home that is full of weeds. I have them 2 stars because they are better priced than others however, you get what you pay for.

Chris, Ben, Traven and Team Lotus did an excellent job installing 2 drain pipes from the front of our home out to the lawn, as well as installing a limestone retaining and decorative wall and mulch to finish the look. The drains have been very effective at moving water away from our home and the clean look is great while we decide the landscaping/final plants. Would highly recommend Lotus for others in the Ann Arbor area

I have been more than pleased with the entire project from the beginning. Lauren designed a fabulous change to our front yard. Scott was an exceptional carpenter building the deck and Matt and Zeke worked very hard choosing and planting the best plants. Everyone was very professional and responsive to any and all of my questions. Five stars plus! FYI……deck building not on the list of services and should be!

Used their system to request an arborist to come out. Got an automated reply stating I'd be contacted in a few days. A week went by without hearing anything. I replied to the email, they asked if June 4th at noon would be fine I replied yes. No one showed up. I replied to the email again and never heard back.

We just love our small blue flagstone nook in our back yard. Lotus Garden designed and installed a simple small flagstone project for us in an unused and “hard to grow anything in” spot! We use this cool little space all the time now to relax in the shade. A great job and fantastic people to work with!!!

I’ve used Lotus for two landscaping projects and both went great. From design to execution they are top notch. I love the way they incorporated more natural materials to meet my yard’s aesthetic. The crews are highly skilled and pay great attention to details (you can even tell they carefully chose rock patterns and placements). My outside has truly transformed to a place I want to have people enjoy with me.

We recently had our patio and pond area rebuilt, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of work is outstanding — every detail was given thoughtful attention, and the final outcome looks even better than we had envisioned.

The team was incredibly flexible throughout the entire process. They were patient as adjustments needed to be made along the way and took the time to explain options and help us make decisions without ever making us feel rushed.

Everyone we worked with was fantastic — truly good people who care about doing their work well. They communicated clearly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Special thanks to Erik, Kyler, Fernando, Gavin, Sam & Traven and everyone else that helped!

I had a great experience working with Lotus. When Lauren and I met initially to talk plans she really listened to what I wanted. Her drawings brought my dream rock garden to life. When the start date neared, Ben, my project manager, came out with Lauren to talk things over. I appreciated that. My main crew was Reed and Tyler. They were awesome…hard working and personable. If I requested a slight variation with the plans, they were amenable and willing to please. Reed communicated when they would be here and when they wouldn’t. Photos were taken and Ben was able to see the progress on a daily basis. Ben also stopped on site to check in a couple of times! The other crew that came on occasion worked hard as well. It was a great team effort. I am attaching a photo that was taken just after my fire pit was completed! I couldn’t have been more excited at that moment!!! It is awesome!

We had several trees planted by them. Watch out for the trees planted in Red Clay ! They used four of these from Kentucky, or somewhere, and they looked great for a bit over a year then slowly started to die. They are not acclimated to Michigan. We already replaced one on our own dime and are looking at having to either take our or replace the others. They offered $500 to compensate for over $3000 worth of trees - never use this place!

Great Oaks has been a very good company to deal with. I run multiple properties that all have specific needs and tenants that feel those needs should be done on a drop of a dime. I can contact Ryan and he has yet to let me down and the job performance is always superb.
