Dealt with Scott regarding lawn rolling. The job did get done, but not without concerns.

I provided complete details including total acreage and an overhead picture of the yards in scope for yard rolling. Scott provided a price of 350 dollars. Upon arrival, he claimed a misunderstanding and double charged, as if he did not understand multiple yards were in scope, even though acreage and photos were provided.

I'm not sure how much more detail a customer needs to provide in order for a "misunderstanding" not to happen.....I'd avoid this company if I were you. Not reputable in my mind.

Our yard was a new construction project. We had a retaining wall installed, yard graded, and lawn seeded. Lee did a great job working us and doing what we requested. He was good with keeping us informed of his schedule to get things completed. We're very happy with how things have turned out. The lawn was seeded late so we'll have to see how it does come spring. We would recommend Paradise Lawnscapes.

Very good communication, they showed up on time as promised and finished the job quick. Everything was cleaned before they left and I was given a walk through to make sure everything was up to standard. I would highly recommend this company and I will surely use them again.

Jeff and his crew take care of my lawn maintenance, spring and fall clean up, snow removal and an occasional project. I can always count on them to show up and Jeff responds to my communications with a swift phone call. I so appreciate their dedication and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

We hired Jeff and his crew to install a patio using crushed granite with timber surrounds. The area behind our garage was terribly uneven and wasted space, but Jeff knew just how to transform my idea (that was solely in my head, no less) into a reality. Due to the way our backyard is pitched, they made sure to follow the natural grade for appropriate drainage but also kept it level for outdoor furniture and aesthetically pleasing overall. Jeff answered all of our questions and made the process from quote to completion incredibly seamless and easy. You can just tell that he really does care about the work put out and his crew.

It turned out even better than we had hoped for. SBK Lawn Care was quick, knowledgeable, professional, cleaned up well, and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely hire again and recommend to others!

Jeff and team just completed a spring clean and mulch on our property. Jeff took the time to actually measure the yard and as a result gave a very fair and accurate quote. He was always timely and professional with communications. He exceeded our deadline and we are very pleased with the results. I would definitely use him and his team again!

I left a voice mail for information on yardscaping work. The owner Jeff, not only retured the call in less than 24 hours but also came on-site and provided me with a quote. He had some commercial jobs in progress, but squeezed me into his schedule to get the work completed the following week. Communication was great, and his crew worked quickly and efficiently and were able to complete job in 1/2 a day. Branches that were cut were hauled away, walk ways were blown clean, and the edging and mulching they provided looks awesome! I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

We hired SKB to do a lawn install this spring (2024). Even though Jeff's quote was the highest bid we decided to hire him because he talked the talk and said all the right things. Unfortunately, it was all talk.

3 weeks turned turned into 3 months. Removing all the excess rocks turned into pushing all the rocks to the side. A great lawn with grass turned into a lumpy yard with more weeds than grass. The existing grading that was supposed to be maintained now leaves standing water every time it rains.

When trying to communicate with Jeff and his crew it took several days, even more phone calls and a few angry/exasperated messages. Now all I get is silence.

SKB did not provide what was promised, did not stand by their work and missed every self impossed deadline/standard set.

I have been utilizing K's Lawn Care for snow removal since January 2022, and I can confidently say that Kim is exceptionally dependable. She maintains clear communication, informing me if she is delayed due to a previous client taking longer than expected, and she is flexible with scheduling. My driveway, sidewalks, and walkways are consistently cleaned to a high standard, regardless of whether there is one inch or twelve inches of snow. I have complete peace of mind knowing that I do not have to worry about snow removal, and I would highly recommend Kim's services to anyone in need.

Called Kim for snow removal. She came and did a great job and was very fast considering the amount of snow we got. I definitely will be calling her again for future jobs.

My snowblower is on the fritz so I needed some help with the latest snowfall and I called K's. Kim was great to work with and in particular I was real happy with her communication as she kept me informed at all times. I will be using her again!

I needed to have some bushes trimmed and flower gardens cleaned up. Kim did an excellent job and cleaned up all the debris and galled it away. She explained what and why she was trimming.

Kim has done yard clean up for me two years in a row. She's very professional and personable. Kim has a good knowledge of trees and plants. I am very pleased with her work and look forward to working with her again.

Kim is the best in her profession! She honors her word and keeps me updated continuously if she is running behind, sending reminders, letting me know she is completed, etc. She is meticulous, detail oriented, committed, and professional at all times. After many promises from others to come plow my snow / do my lawn and not showing up or communicating back to me, Kim was definitely a breath of fresh air and a gem to find!
