Bought 2 Rhododendron plants. After 2 weeks in the pots one is dying. Both plants where left outside beside each other and when I noticed the one was dropping I water it and it did not come back. Took plants back to find out why. The owner who became very combative and talked in circles as to why one had root rot and the other one didn't . They won't stand behind there plants First and last time I will shop there. As there are so many Nurseries, go to one that is friendly and Stand behind their plants

Very rude person who was not customer friendly. I paid, the she exclaimed, " for your infromation Granby has a mask mandate." Why did she let me in the store, pay for items, and then attack me? Go somewhere else.

We like their collection of plants and shrubs because we've found good success with everything we've purchased there, which has not always been the case at some other local garden centers.

This place is small but it does look like they take care of their plants. Small variety.

I bought a beautiful clematis here last year. When I went back last week to buy another they didn't have any but they'll order one for me and call when it's in. I love this kind of service. Good job folks

This is a very nice local place. The people that work here are friendly and welcoming. They are willing to give you a lot of information to help you. I purchased three small trees that are all doing well. They also have great wreaths at Christmas.

Great people! My wife gets plants and supplies and has always been pleased. I get mulch every year in bulk and they just load it into the back of my pickup. Low cost, high quality, always. It's our go-to place for propane and I always buy ornaments and presents there at the holidays!

Customer service has slid or someone was having a bad day? I waited at the desk to pay for a bag of soil fertilizer. Someone came in after me and needed help purchasing pussy willow sticks. The sales associate helped her and then had me move over so that the woman with the pussy willows could pay first. I left and was treated very well at Tractor Supply.
