BrightView landscape company is the company that serves our community of Coral Lakes. It’s crazy that they mow every week but they only trim with a blade trimmer; for edging purposes, every other week and trim with a string trimmer the other weeks. Most companies trim and edge every week. I ask for a supervisor to come to my home so I could show him what was going on; they did not mow my side yard three times. He called, made an appointment, but never showed up. I have no luck calling the office, you get put off pretty quickly.

We recently worked with Kyle from Brightview to overhaul our rear landscape at our home in Esplanade. I can not say enough good things! In less than 4 weeks from the time I made the first phone call, Kyle met with us to discuss a plan, sent us aerial photos of a proposed plan on our individual home site, tweaked the plan and sent a new photo of which we approved, tore out the old landscape, put in the new landscape, and then sent completed aerial photos of the project. He has been absolutely amazing to work with extra! He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend him!

This refers to an irrigation problem in Ibis Cove. I placed a work order to the main office this morning due to two broken sprinklers that were causing flooding. Within an hour my technician, Jorge Olmos, came to my rescue. He diagnosed the problem and immediately knew what needed to be done. He spent several hours digging out roots which were causing the problem. He then did necessary replacements and made certain everything was working perfectly. He had a very polite and professional manner and took his work very seriously. He then took time to explain everything that was done and it is now working fabulously. I was so happy with his job and I would recommend him to others in my community. B. Perl

This company is full of incompetent workers from the bottom all the way up to the top. Mowing the lawn without trashing your yard, sprinkler heads, and landscaping lights is not rocket science. Cut wires and ruined expensive LED lights. The worst landscaping business our home owners association has ever hired. Thankfully they are on the way out after lasting a whole 3 months out of there contract. This company BrightView Landscape of Fort Myers doesn't take responsibility for the property that there workers damage. I need to be reimbursed. We've Owned this house for almost 5 years and have never had any of these problems with any other landscaping company.

This company only has business because of how cheap they are, and their service is abysmal. You have to fight with them to do what they're paid to do and even then they do an absolutely terrible job. They also feel entitled to mess with the sprinkler system and turn it on whenever they please. I hate that our HOA has hired them and don't do anything when they don't provide services they've been paid to do.

As a new Board Member of a 185 door neighborhood in Bonita Springs (with the responsibility for "Landscaping") Brightview Landscaping has been a lifesaver.

Our previous landscaping vendor went out of business in October. Brightview stepped up and filled the gap for two months before taking over as our new, full-time landscaping vendor in January of 2025.

In a few short months, Brightview has worked diligently to get our community looking in top shape.
*Grass is cut, trimmed and edged on a bi-weekly basis. The professional crew is timely, efficient and polite as they move through the property.
*All of the trees on property have been cut, trimmed or pruned and we are now setting up an annual schedule to keep them healthy and looking great.
*The trimming crew has been hard at work getting the hundreds of plantings across the property back to the way they are supposed to look. Many had overgrown their space and the crew has slowly, but surely, right-sized them.
*900 flowers were planted in key areas and have flourished. I receive weekly compliments about the flowers and how much they brighten up the community.
*Finally, the irrigation system in Hidden Lakes is 20+ years old and has been an on-going issue. Sprinklers continuously running, leaks and broken heads are the most common issues. The Brighview Irrigation Team is quick to respond, answers emails and texts around the clock and makes the needed repairs in a timely manner. We now have a plan to systematically repair the 20 year old equipment in order to limit the issues that disrupt the neighborhood.
*The Billing Department has been well-organized and easy to work with.

Our Brighview reps have been available to walk the neighborhood and learn the issues and needs of the community. In addition, they have made multiple recommendations that are
both cost-saving and enhance the property. The transition to Brightview Landscaping and our working relationship could not be better. I highly recommend Brightview Landscaping.

Brightview has been with us since
January 2025. During this time they introduced their team for us and have remained responsive to every text, call or email. Their visits are productive including listening to our concerns, Answering the many questions, Making suggestions and following through . Their response to irrigation emergencies has been wonderful and for the first time in a long time…. All the grounds have water . All the workers are friendly. The quality of their pruning, high quality plants and yard work was noticed immediately with many comments from owners .Brightview is a shining star for us!

My wife and I have totally changed our view of Brightview based on our interaction with Luis Meza. He is our new project manager in our housing plan and he is phenomenal. Previously we had substandard service but with Luis in charge that is a thing of the past. He cares about this community and for this reason we are entrusting him with multiple projects which we would never have done with his predecessor. Thank you Luis and Brightview.

TERRIBLE! Do Not Use this Service! Unfortuantely, we are stuck with them by our HOA. I never want to make comments like this but I am very tired and annoyed by the poor quality of work and disregard for my property from this landscaping company. They recently trimmed my hedges and left more mulch in my yard than by my bushes and left the clippings everywhere. Also and extremely infuriatinng, they have cut my lightscaping lights for a 2nd time and it appears to be malicious this time as they ensured that the cut the wire on every light. They even cut the wire by the outlet where there is nothing to trim or weedwack. The manager had stopped by the first time, looked at the cut wires and did nothing. The second time, the manager didn't even stop by. This occurred in Coral Lakes. The pictures are how the left it when they were done for the day and the wires they cut.

Terrible. I just submitted a complaint to our HOA that uses these guys. They come around and spray for bugs/weeds and put these little signs warning you to stay off until it's dry. Problem is they never come around and pick them up, so 3 or 4 weeks later the actual paper sign is usually blown off and you're left with dozens of plastic stakes in various stages of breaking and pieces of garbage floating around.

We are getting service at Colonial Country Club by BrightView. The guys who did my yard kept on putting off trimming a guava bush. Every time I see them they said we don’t have adequate equipment to trim. The supervisor was asking me for a chainsaw to trim the guava bush. I didn’t know that we have to provide them the equipment to take care of our yard.
It has passed two seasons since we have been asking them to trim. We had to replace our lanai screen twice as the branches damaged our screen.
I am thinking why our guava bush is ignored why they trim our neighbors.

Lots to choose from. We recently purchased plant pots and felt the prices were very good. Service is good.

The lady at the front desk at customer service. Is always rude to me gives people a dirty look feel unwelcome. She did not want to refund me. My $27. So I'm never coming to this store again.

Lady in Garden always has attitude like she owns it. Went in bought hibiscus and it rang up wrong. Was argumentative. I took staff to multiple signs. Then I had to go 200 feet to customer service to get the difference back. Next day I need 2 more land seems like she relished in removing signs Wound up paying more. Not the first issue with this employee

I love this place! Great selection of both plants and garden art

Disneyland for plant and koi lovers! We are always happy when the demands of our business allow us to visit. THE place to go for that something special for our clients. Four star because of the price. However, there is always a friendly, knowledgeable associate right there to answer any questions. I have no problem paying a little extra for great customer service.

I came in asking about a phosphate product that took three people to finally say they didn’t have. The guy that finally showed up, who I assume was the manager, said “welcome to Florida” quite sarcastically for my need to increase the phosphorus in my soil. Then when I asked for a product that would lower the PH of my soil, he recommended a lime based product. After looking at the package it said that it was used to INCREASE the PH not lower it. When I let him know that, he picked up the package and looked at it perplexedly and then walked away. They do have some nice products but be very careful of their advice.
