Especially Steve and Clarence. Also Ada and Gidget are friendly.great selection. Better than. Home Depot.

Our go to for garden and hardware, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selections. Clean and organized store.

I'm talking about Lowes on Pine Islands Rd, not off Veterans bridge store:
Girl inside paint dept was rude and unable get base paint to mix up 5 gallon. She was short and facial expressions I could tell she doesn't like her job. Then i went in garden and that lady did back flips to make me happy. I don't understand why Girl inside was so short and nasty look on her face and lady in HOT garden area so sweet? I give 10+ starsto lady in garden and no stars to girl made me feel unwanted in the store. I should've got number of store.

Good stock and garden plant varieties. Prices are a little high compared to Home Depot. Look for clearance for half price on some varieties, money well spent on those

This is a specific review on Lowes returns at this specific store. When I make returns now or in the past, I always get a negative response from the cashiers if the item is a marked down price. It starts with "I'm not sure you can return this" -which turns into another employee weighing in on the transaction. They say " we can't do a return" blah blah- which turns into a Manager handling the return. If the employee's pay grade doesn't allow anything beyond a typical return...JUST GET A MANAGER FIRST! and cut out the middle man. No one is allowed to think here.

Bought milkweed for my monarch catapillers. Within 24 hours, the catapillers were all dead. They gave me a hassle in returning them. Contacted corporate. Never received a return call. I should have known. The plants were perfect. Not a bite on any leaf. I'm so hurt all the monarchs that never got to fly. That's just my story. What about all the other plants that are sold?

Excellent service. Best I've had at a hardware store in Florida, so far. I came to buy a hose for a new dryer and ended up buying a bbq grill, a chair and a couple of extra items I needed for my brand new house. Thank you, Lowe's, just made a new customer.

In and out fairly quickly. Got soil and seed to patch a bare spot.

Today was the first day of a sale and they were all out of herb plants..what was left didnt look too healthy. However had they had what I was looking for I would have gotten them "healthy" or not. Good news was they had the other sale items I wanted so was a good outing anyway!

Great garden center but the plant prices can be high and quality is hit or miss, helpful employees usually.

Nice Lowes location. Typical store experience. Was clean and well stocked.

I live next to a house where this company maintains the lawn. Whenever they show up to cut the lawn, they always block my driveway with orange safety cones. My wife & I are not able to pull our cars in & out of our driveway when they set up the safety cones. I spoke with 2 of the employees ( I was extremely polite at first) about them blocking my driveway. One employee was extremely rude in his response to me.

So let me get this straight - You're blocking my driveway and then you get a bad attitude because I asked you not to block my driveway? Extremely unprofessional!

We worked with Steve to deliver some large rocks to our home in Sanibel. Great selection and the delivery could not have been any better! I highly recommend the McGregor Garden Center.

First time at McGregor Garden Center. Corbin was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection. Will definitely go back there.

Deb is so kind and her employees very polite and thoughtful. I am throughly happy with their service and my beautiful yard and garden!!!

Corbin is knowledgeable and was such a help. He came out to my property and walked me through all of my concerns and questions.

They have a super nice selection of good quality plants. Prices are comparable to big box stores but you get a bit bigger plant for the same price. Staff is helpful with whatever you need, or they leave you alone if you just want to look.

Tried since August to work with these people.. terrible follow up! Ended up finding another Nursery that was half the cost and offered excellent customer service
