Great job, Jason is very professional and did a awesome job on the lawn, very happy with the results.

Sam was our technician today. He informed me he would only treat our front yard due to what the contract says. I don’t know why but maybe someone could call me. Sam did an excellent job and I told him to treat the entire lawn.

I don’t remember the name of the guy that performed our treatment.But he was such a gentleman and very respectful and stated that he was going to take care of our lawn.this is our lawn before treatment. And I will come back in 3-4 months later for an improvement..

I met trugreen specialist Devarial Dilard last year, since then he has consistently provide me with a thorough and meticulousness weed and fertilizer applications, a big difference from the precious specialist. Since Devarial took over my property here at Westminster, it is significantly a healthier looking lawn and has improved customer service for Trugreen.

Jason was very thorough when treating my lawn with pot ash. Even blew the driveway and landscape curbing off when he was done. I appreciate the improvements you guys have made with your service! Thank you!

Antwan was awesome! He got rid of the wasp next near my door that had been there for months and no one else would help me get rid of it. He did it without hesitation. Thank you Antwan!

Starting to notice successful results after only the second application! Thus far, I am confident and optimistic that I made the right decision to have TruGreen service my lawn care. It will definitely enhance my property!

Luis has restored my faith in humanity and Lawn Care companies. He was quick to diagnose the problem and gave two me two immediate cures to treating my lawn. He set both of those suggestions. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks again Luis.

Came back from 4 moths trip to find my lawn worse than hiring true green. Full of moles, no feedback during this period. It has been 2 weeks of calling and appointments canceled. No phone to call the local office, 1800 number is useless. I just found out why they avoid coming. They wanted me to go to the auto renewal at a much higher rate

Full year of applications tree and shrub and the grass fertilizing. Lawn is looking horrible Florida pulsey, crab grass, brown grass, etc. I water my lawn regularly… these people are scam artists. Just get yourself some Scott weed and feed I’m sure your lawn will look better.

The young gentleman Joey came to our home this morning and was so kind considerate, helpful, and professional. He told me how to handle an irrigation when it’s cold like this and it was information. I did not know. Joey deserves 10 stars for sure.

The technician was very helpful. Artemio explained everything I would very happy with him. Talk highly about the company talked about the methods and benefits of using true green.

Eugene Wade showed up on time this morning prompt,done an excellent job on my yard. He sprayed for the weeds that I had standing. He is an amazing employee.

If I can give them a zero star, I would the worst service ever The biggest waste of $1200. They completely destroyed my grass within a year. It looked 10 times worse from when I hired them, they killed all my plants with weed killer .. save your money it’s such a scam dealing with customer service is someone with crying babies & dogs barking in back round

Keep an eye on your autopay billing. They will increase charges without notifying you and will try to increase frequency of treatments.
I will be canceling my service due to their deceptive practices.

Beachful whit TruGreen, that company damage my grass. Before berry green and healthy now lock like this. I do not recommend TruGreen to anyone. Carful

Seems my review will be for not lack of service but service I never signed up for. Twice now tru green came to my house and I don't have an account. I get you can make a mistake but I called and thought it was taken care of. It was not they came back and I called again and have not received a call back. It seems the technician has my address on his run sheet with a different name and phone number. STOP COMING TO MY HOUSE.

Jason was friendly , courteous & informative
He even brought my empty garbage can in from the street when the garbage man passed.
This is more than routine service. This is superior customer service !
He is a great asset to your company , and to me.

I have used TruGreen Lawn Care for six years. I have never had any interaction with the Tech, the show up spray the yard and gone. This past Thursday I was working at home and the door bell rang and it was a tech from TruGreen. I opened the door and Mr Kendrick Green introduced himself and ask me about my lawn, needs or concerns. First time I was able to talk and walk with someone and show them some small problem areas,and also ask for advice. Kendrick did a Great Job. Thanks

I am disappointed with the look of my lawn. I was really unhappy with the way my lawn looked. I had great experiences in the past with TruGreen. Unfortunately that magic is not appearing on my lawn now. There is still too many patches of weeds in the grease and too ,any bald spots that have not filled in. I wouldn’t expect everything to be perfect for sure, but I do believe we should be further along. I am not see in enough difference from my lawn and the lawn of the people still using the old service.
