Spoke to Cristy at 9am by 10am same day they came out and did a phenomenal job. Great prices and great customer service. Will continue to use them. I highly recommend them.

Hired them to maintain a newly purchased property in Cape Coral. They didn’t show up for the first two weeks, so I became concerned and called Kristi. I want to stress Kristi is wonderful. Kind and attentive and professional. The problem is I was told the tech just decided he did not want to mow my lawn. Apparently he shows up and decided he just didn’t want to do it. Two weeks later I have to call back. Nobody called me to tell me they refused to service my lawn. Which is perfectly fine if they don’t want to. But tell me. In the meantime they still sent me an invoice when they had not provided the service. That is dishonest and a lack of integrity. They were referred to me which is why I chose to use their services in the first place. It’s a shame they couldn’t live up to their reputation. The company itself may be very good. But whoever the tech was who decided he wasn’t going to do it yard because he didn’t feel like it may not belong with this company.

Great company Dean is wonderful to work with his crew are great. They even trim my trees when they need it at no extra charge. Would recommend this company to anybody very reasonable prices and super nice people.

I just switched my monthly lawn service to Cape Coral Lawn Care, and I’m very happy that I did. It was easy to get on the schedule and wasn’t required to pay in advance. They did exactly what I asked them to do, and they even closed my gates when they left. Thrilled to have a new, reliable monthly lawn service!!

I came back to find that absolutely nothing was done as agreed upon by the previous owner of the lawn company, I watched ,nothing was picked up around the yard, hedges not trimmed,front of the house bushes not trimmed so they would be below the window sill, rocks overgrown with weeds, and each side of the house as I watched was only trimmed by the fence the rest is overgrown.
My concerns were promptly addressed and. people were dispatched to correct my concerns along with a sincere apology, I’m very happy with the swift action and most certainly continue to do business with them, my opinion is people sometimes make decisions that are not always for the benefit the company they work for, I’m confident it wasn’t the companies fault.

Ivan came with the house I bought, since he was already maintaining the lawn I figured I'd give him a shot. He was very receptive to all of my suggestions and now my yard is looking better than ever.

Updating to address the owner's response claiming no record of service. I have a direct text message quote from the owner containing his name, the company name, and the specific project details for my property. A week after the quote, he arrived for the first project but left because he lacked the necessary equipment. He returned for the second project but immediately demanded new payment terms not specified in his text quote, then walked away. I have the complete text thread and time stamps to verify this entire interaction.
