Most of the plants looked like they were not watered lately even though it rained the previous 2 days.

They never seem to want to help you, sometimes I think it's my race why are they there because they go in the opposite direction when they see you need help trying to find something and the attitudes sucks

I'm not a big fan of Lowe's but it has a good selection. A couple of bad customer service experiences turned me off.

I'm a flower freak so I love shopping here. Especially in spring and fall. They are loaded with beautiful, fresh, flowers!

Lowe's garden center really needs to do an overhaul on their appearance. Inside the store things are not arranged properly and while visiting there on a Saturday afternoon a manager was constantly calling for assistance for a customer in one of the isles. This occurred over and over again. Lowe's you really need to pick up your pace because compared to the home Depot store on armistead avenue in Hampton you are really falling behind in so many areas.

It was very complicated to get mulch loaded in your car when you needed help. There was no way and no way to turn around except in the adjoining food establishment parking lot. Also a guy on a forklift wisked in and out between cars to bring more mulch. He was really good but it made me feel uneasy to have that happen two inches away from my vehicle. In all fairness i have to say the price was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

We love the lawn and garden area. I just wish the inside of the store would get more organized instead of having products that belong in one section all over the store, but not in the one place that makes sense. Good luck getting employee help for anything, you're lucky to find one. They still need work in that area.

If you ha e difficulty locating something, ask for FAITH!! She was amazing! I couldn't find the azaleas that I wanted, and she didn't even work in the Garden Center, but she took the time to look up the item on the computer which said that they were in stock & she literally walked with me throughout the ENTIRE Garden Center looking for them!! We didn't find them, but I so admired her tenacity and excellent customer service skills!! KUDOS FAITH!!!🎊🎉

I highly recommend this company! Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with.
