Overall, pretty good initially for the first service there was a lot of rescheduling by several vendors which caused a bit of frustration, but it’s been fine ever since

My ‘good experience overall’ was with my lawn guy, not lawn starter. Service was pushed back twice with no explanation and with it being spring my yard looked like a jungle and I almost lost my dog rain forest of a back yard. Canceled service when the house sold and never got a refund for the service that was never completed.

Matthew was prompt, efficient, and did a great job mowing my lawn! everything turned out perfectly. It is so lovely not having to worry about lawn care!

The service is easy to use and has a great selection of mowers or "Pro" as they call them, so if one doesn't work out its simple to switch to a new one. My mower, Jon, is great to work with. I'm happy with the service and the app is effortless to use. It was hard to find someone to do my yard on the days I need or change when I need it but with LawnStarter, it's easy to not only pick a day but change it though your "Pro" by contacting your Pro through the app. It's all just an easy service. Thank you so much for taking care of my lawn at a great price.
