Bryan does an excellent job and goes over the lawn looking for issues that might need additional attention.

Received post card mailer. Signed up for new lawn service. Lady I spoke with in Memphis service center was great. Next day was getting initial treatment... fantastic! No pressure company... nice change! Blake Elliott was terrific tech! He called prior to arrival and took time to go over several items of interest in person too. He did a thorough and complete job. Other companies take major shortcuts and don't cover everything if you know what I mean. Can't wait to see the results. Have some bare spots and will likely aerate and overseed in the fall. Hopeful for good results.

I spent years trying to get my lawn under control myself. Finally raised the white flag and hired Fairway Lawns. Glad I did! They do customer service really well and my lawn finally looks really good! It’s been a year and the transformation is impressive!

Two men worked on fertilizing and spraying weeds. Very nice men. They did a great job.

Fairway Lawns of Knoxville completed a scheduled service of my property today. Service Technician Cory Agnew did an exceptional job as he does every time he services my lawn.

If you want a green weed free lawn this company does an exceptional job and has decent prices for the services they provide.

Fairway Lawns took over my Lawncare in the spring this year and worked with me during my sprinkler system repair. My lawn is in the best shape it’s been in for 5yrs. Extremely please with the result and their service. Highly recommended!

Fairway Lawns does a great job on our lawn. The techs are personable and effective. Price seems fair and our lawns in nice shape.

We just started with Fairway and they’ve been great! Anthony Young is the one who treats our yard and is very attentive and thorough!

Anthony explained the service provided ( high potash fertilization and spit weed control) and took care not to get any application on flowers and/or shrubbery.

My yard started to improve within a month of my first service. Very professional technician. Kudos to in my technician, Corey Agnew (Louisville, Tn), for being on-time, professional, thorough, and a good listener.

Honestly I’m to happy. I have more weeds now than before they took over. They cancel scheduled service at the last minute or just don’t show up. Spoke with manager and he could have cared less. At this point there is no way I will continue service after the term ends.

This pic shows roughly 10 minutes of crab grass pulling. This is a 3-4 day a week process for me , WITH FAIRWAY LAWNS performing regular treatments. I see new patches of crabgrass a day after they leave my house. Once , I finally was able to speak to an on site manager and my kindness was just taken advantage of by me being told they were testing out a new product. This so called professional lawn care is anything but cheap. This company is a fraud. This was my 1st time not DYI’ing my lawn treatment and it has cost me much more with far less results.

My comments are not directed to the service provided (granular fertilizer and potassium application) but to the technician, Bryan Suggs. Instead of ringing my doorbell at 8:15 in the morning, Bryan called me to let me know he was here and didn’t want to disturb my household. I think this is very respectful and should become a common practice. My little dog goes crazy when the doorbell rings. In addition, he was very careful to avoid the Christmas decoration in our front yard. Kudos to Bryan! I’d give him six stars if I could.

Cory Agnew performed my initial service with Fairway. He sent a prompt e mail with a detailed review of the services provided during the visit as well as very helpful comments on the health of my lawn overall. Thanks Cory for great work and great communication.

Jr and Jyshoun did a great job of seeding our front yard. They were efficient, but also took the time necessary to complete the job properly. Jr answered my questions and made suggestions on how to get the best results.

My lawn has never looked better! This is the second summer since we had it hydroseeded, and the difference after switching to Fairway is night and day. The first company we used honestly seemed like they were just spraying water. Since bringing Fairway on board, our lawn is lush, vibrant, and healthy—we’re actually starting to compete with the golf course! Highly recommend Fairway for anyone serious about great lawn care.

Fairway has done an excellent job on our lawn! We love how full, green, and healthy it continues to be. I always appreciate how they knock on our door to let us know what they will be doing that service and Junior Yates at Fairway even followed up at the door afterwards today to alert us about some insect concerns on our new shrubs. Always going above and beyond!

A little small for the exploding population now. Not a fan of the rude, slovenly Garden Center manager. There are more than a few other places not so packed with retirees on the weekends that are comparable.
