Communication has been extremely poor and to the point where I have called several times and have been told a manager will reach out to me and none do. This has gone on for well over a few months. I paid for an extra service I was told is exactly what I needed and I didn’t even know they came out and did it. They do not communicate what is being done to your lawn, just when they are coming out. The extra service did not work and I found out it doesn’t apply to my problem at all.

Had like 4 different lawn companies. By far Fairway has done the best. They treat your lawn based on need. Not some set program! Thank you.

This is my second year with Fairway Lawns and my grass is finally thickening. I am pleased so far we will see what the future brings and update my experience

After Fairway Lawns left one of their flyers in my mailbox and I decided to use their service since I had a few weeds and wanted to enhance my lawn with fertilizer as well.I received two of their applications. I notice my lawn had several brown spots and areas. It was dead brown grass, I never had this before in the 7 years my wife and I have lived here.
I contacted the Manager, Lewis and explained my issue, he came out to elvaluated my lawn today. He gave me no solution or a fix for this issue other than to keep trying another application that was due in about a week or for me to think about it If I decide to discontinue or to keep their services.
I'm very disappointed that they didn't at least offer to repair the damaged grass or give me any other options like refund my money. My grass looks worst than ever and I wasn't about to have them continue to destroy my lawn with another application. I should of just left the weeds alone and kept my green grass that didn't have brown dead grass and not used there service.
I don't recommend using Fairway lawns!

6/30/23 update!
The final result was, they weren’t able to make things right!
After I spoke with the Josh from corporate that told me he got with the local manager, Lewis. I was spoke with Lewis again and asked him what they could do to fix what they destroyed? He basically told me that I wouldn’t see any improvements or results until they aerate in the fall. I wasn’t about to keep paying them so to have them to continue additional applications that could completely destroy my lawn. So I immediately discontinued their services.
He did offer to credit me only for the last service performed, we’ll see if that happens.
I plan to also report them to the BBB.
Terrible experience!

Bryan sprayed our lawn for weeds and Brandon sprayed for pests. Both were very professional and efficient.

I don't recommend using this company they was rude never finished the job one of the worker told us they was the worst company he ever had worked for

Fairway Lawns does a great job keeping our grass looking good. Our technician Caleb Miller goes beyond our regular treatments and takes care of any nutsedge or broad leaf weeds while he is here. We’re well pleased.

We have used Fairway lawns for many years and have always been extremelyt satisfied with their work. They are professional, courteous and very friendly. They always respect our property and give us useful tips to help improve the health and appearance of our lawn. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a lawn service.

Fertilizer and weed control . They come to my place unannounced and didn’t leave an invoice or anything that says they have been there. I would prefer a notice at least the day before. I only got an email to let me know they’ve been there. There’s a spot on my lawn from the last treatment where they must’ve spilled some of the treatment and it killed the grass.

Today Fairway Lawn's technician, Cory Agnew, did beginning of the year pre-emergent application for weeds on my lawn. Cory asked questions from previous year's service notes to ensure the comments were still valid (they were no longer valid). He took the time to meet me for the first time and was knowledgeable and thorough with the initial season's application.

We love Fairway Lawns and all the good they have done to help our lawn pretty. We like the wide variety of products available, the service is great! There is no pressure, however they are careful to share the advantages of treatment.

Had the service for over a year. Had concerns with a lot of brown grass mixed with the green, not Thach. had numerous conversations. nothing ever became of it even after i told them i would give it another year, still not effort made to correct it (or at lease try to). Burnt parts of the lawn after an application, but in all fairness they did come back to correct it. After close to 2 years and spending a lot more money, my lawn looks no better than it did after using True Green
