My lawn started getting funny brown patches which I felt or grubs in. Trugreen came out immediately and re-sprayed it for grubs plus put more fertilizer and stuff to make my lawn look healthier. The young man from Trugreen knocked on my door to let me know he was there and what he was going to do the entire lawn.

It’s pretty clear trugreen doesn’t respect the communities the serve because they send employees out to solicit customers and then clearly tell them to ignore any no socializing signs, otherwise the employees wouldn’t ignore being told to leave.

Got started on a program to help my lawn today! I will update as the program continues. Caleb Brooks did a great job today.

Dalton Proffitt and Trugreen keep my lawn looking beautiful, are always professional, and I recommend and will continue to be a loyal customer. I frequently have been asked how my yard looks so nice. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Just trust me DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Did you hear me? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Did I say it loud enough? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrible company, horrible employees, horrible experience all together and just think I have been paying them for almost 3 years. Still locked in with them right now therefore they are still receiving payments for work that they just will not complete. Now I will take full responsibility for dealing with them in the 1st place. If I can save someone else a few dollars and the headache I will be happy with that. Please everyone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Hopefully someone from management will see this post and at least reach out to me and my wife. By the way this is Mr. Hill on Mrs. Hill's TruGreen Acct.. TruGreen last serviced my lawn on 8-13-21 and today is 9-8-21. So I ask myself are treating my grass with product to help my grass or are they purposely killing it to get me to sign up for a bigger package? These pics are from the front and back yards.

Worst experience ever! Worst customer service! TruGreen came out and burned my lawn, when I called SEVERAL times and asked to speak to a manager, no one would call me back!!!! I called corporate and they wouldn’t help me either! This is the WORST company! Do not use them! I wish I would have looked at the reviews first before I called them! I just called to ask for my money back and they wouldn’t do it! Stay away from this company! They do not want to make things right after they RUINED my lawn!

I am extremely disappointed with TruGreen’s service. Today, the technician arrived at 3:03 p.m. and left by 3:07 p.m., spending only about 4–5 minutes spraying the front lawn and completely ignoring the backyard. My home is equipped with a Ring camera, which alerts me whenever someone approaches the front or back of the house. The footage clearly shows that he stayed only in the front yard before leaving.

This is the second time they have visited, and I strongly suspect the previous visit was done the same way. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have canceled my service and will not be recommending TruGreen to anyone.

Awesome service Tech. Very articulate in what he was doing. Very professional. What’s on time and on the day he said he was coming. I couldn’t ask for a better service. I hope to get him back again.

Donald was a very nice person. Told me exactly what he was going to do before he started and let me know when he was finished. Donald air-rated and seeded within an hour. Happy with his work!

Hunter did a great job . He took the time to talk about my lawn and answer my questions. He is very detailed and friendly too.

I would give it zero star if I could. I've been using TruGreen for a year but my lawn looks worse than ever!!! They will tell you the lawn is going to look great in a few weeks or some BS. Sometimes you will see it says certain services were completed on your online user portal but no one actually comes and does anything. I also requested a manager/supervisor to come and do an evaluation on my lawn, someone came, took a look, then left and did nothing. After numerous calls with their customer service team, they started hanging up my calls - that's absolutely unprofessional. They don't care about their customers nor the lawns they service. They only care about luring you to sign another year of service contract and promise you that things will get better - BS. DO NOT sign up for TruGreen.

A TruGreen employee came to our house and tried to get us to be a customer. I told the man that I did have one question about the lawn service.....but then he immediately told me to stop talking and that he had to ask his question first. He asked me what I thought about Trump Rallies?!?! I thought that was unprofessional and completely irrelevant to this business. I said I don't want to discuss that. I quickly told him I'm not interested in business anymore and went inside my house. I have requested the company not to come back to our house again and will not be interested in services.

TruGreen is saving our lawn with their expertise! The reps on the phone and the techs working on site are all friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I love that they'll come back out for a follow up treatment if we get crazy rain immediately after their visit. We couldn't be more satisfied!

We trust TruGreen with every aspect of our lawn treatment. Today, Chaz spread lime on our lawn for our first spring application. We always enjoy his pleasant friendly demeanor and his professional service. The yard is in great hands and the grass is full and beautifully green thanks to Chaz and TruGreen!

The young man came sprayed the fertilizer. He took the time to explain that he could not spray for weeds. I checked and up to now it has been two months ago. He told me the next time your company comes will be in a month. According to what he told me you folks can spray for weeds. I hope so they are so bad. I thought maybe I could use the "weed wacker" but I am well enough to do this. So I am relaying on you guys.

Really '0' o stars. This Tru Green is the worst we have ever worked with. Our lawn over the past year of this service has completely deteriorated. I have tried to get a supervisor out, but they will not call or visit. The yard showed promise in the Spring, but as the Tru Green technician coninued to come, they killed the grass and have not been able to rid the weeds. We simply want them to tell us the plan. UPDATE: Branch Manager came out and visited with us, we now have a plan to move forward. I’m willing to give them a try as long as they keep interested in wanting to do their job. If not, we’ll re-evaluate.

TruGreen does great work. Their technicians are so nice, helpful, and dependable. Our yard looks nice all year and we get compliments all the time.

Marcus did a great job of thoroughly applying fertilizer and weed control. Didn’t miss an area or any spots. I felt confident we got what we paid for. He was able to explain the chemicals being used and what we could expect

This was our first service from TruGreen.
Representative/ technician, Frank was attentive to our needs, and did a great job exactly what they said they were going to do.
At this point, very happy with their service.

After one year, grass is a lot worse off then when they started.
The only difference is my wallet is a lot lighter.
Their office told me it was due to the lack of my irrigation. However I don't know anyone in my entire County that has irrigation.
I will send a photo the top part closest to the house is the part they treated the bottom part is not treated, you can see the difference plainly.

Review of TruGreen services at our home in Harriman, TN:
We cancelled all future services because we had nothing but problems with TruGreen. Techs are not knowledgeable, they don't do thorough jobs, and the latest tech blatantly lied on the post-service report about the work he had done. The service was for aeration and overseeding. We weren't home at the time of service, and we saw via our security cameras that the tech started seeding upon arrival. We asked him about this via our security camera audio because we'd never had anyone seed before they did aeration. He said he was just going to seed because our yard was too wet to get the aeration equipment down our side yards in the back where they sloped. (We didn't know what time the tech was coming, and our sprinklers had run early that morning. We would have turned them off had we known he was coming first thing in the morning.) We asked that he at least aerate the flat areas of our yard, and he said he would. Unfortunately, all he did was continue to seed, and he didn't even seed our entire yard. Large areas were missed. From start to finish, he was only at our home 15 minutes. In his report, however, he wrote that the entire job of aeration and overseeding was completed. We were absolutely taken aback that he said the full job was done. Our security cameras recorded his movement around our yard. They also recorded that the aeration equipment was never even unloaded off his trailer! We wonder now how many times a tech has lied about the work they did, and we paid for a full job because the report indicated a full job was done. TruGreen was also a no-show more than once. They were not dependable. Additionally, trying to get ahold of a manager or someone else in our local office was impossible. All calls go to a central customer service number, and trying to work with them was extremely frustrating. It caused time delays, messages to be dropped, and phone calls not to be returned by anyone in the local office per requests by customer service that they call us. We also kept getting conflicting information from customer service. TruGreen was a horrible experience for us, and our yard looks worse now than it did before we started service with them.

STAY AWAY FROM KNOXVILLE TRUGREEN!!!!!!!!!! two different times they said they have came out and performed the service on our lawn and no one ever showed up. we have security cameras proving that no one was at our house during the time they said they performed the service. i have other videos of the technicians only fertilizing the front yard and not the back. i have tried to have a manager call me for 7 weeks now. an assistant keeps calling saying the manager is going to call next week and no one ever does. this is the most ridiculous service i have ever seen. i cannot say enough of how terrible this entire situation has been. good luck calling to try and get help from anyone.
