Phillip, our service technician, is extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to our yard and our specific needs. I highly recommend Tru Green for lawn care services.

Stay away FAR away from this company. They don't even deserve 1 star. They are unresponsive and lie to their customers. You can't speak to anyone in the local office - it all gets routed to customer service where they continue to lie and tell you things you want to hear, but it's never correct information. I've been trying to cancel my service with them for 3 weeks. I'm told my account is cancelled (although nobody can send me anything in writing that it is) but they keep sending techs out to try and treat my now dead grass. Trust me, look at other local companies - they will do a far better job than anything TruGreen has to offer.

Gabe did an outstanding job at my house. At first I wasn’t sure what he was going to do. He explained everything clearly and I informed him of the locations that were the most likely areas for mosquitoes. I was on the back porch and he covered everything we initially discussed. Great job!!!

This is what you get when you contract with TruGreen out of Alcoa, TN. Seeding and aeration got delayed until November last year, so no wonder we have patches all over our yard. Not to mention their customer service is like talking to a black hole where Managers are conveniently not available or unable to call us to discuss our concerns. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!

I get compliments on my yard all the time, from delivery people, whenever I have workers at my house and people just driving through the neighborhood. My specialist, TJ Wilson is professional and friendly and he does an excellent job. He always answers any questions or concerns I have about my yard.

My lawn has never looked better and I just received my second treatment today. I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars each year fighting the weeds on my half acre lot. For whatever reason, Scott’s and other big names just weren’t doing the job they used to do. So I tried Trugreen. I am very satisfied. Most important, my wife is happy too.

Truegreen specialist are one of a kind along with customer service! Today we received a specialist who ALSO took the time to fill our dog’s water dish with clean water. That is the kind of care you rarely see nowadays and speaks volumes.

The worst. Don't bother using. The first trip out to my property the guy didn't know what area of the yard to treat. I explained to him the area and notified the office to correct this on the next trip out. The office said they would correct it. The very next week (next visit) another person showed up to apply another treatment but sat in his truck for 15 minutes and walked up to the side of my house where the cameras would not see him. Two minutes later he walks past the camera to his truck and left. The spreader he was using had a full load and it was still full when he left. I noticed it in the video when he walked under the camera to the yard and when he left. I canceled my service because I should not have to micro manage a simply service/treatment. They can't even get started without missing up.

Great experience. Had a concern that was addressed kindly and professionally. I am very pleased with customer service and the on-site specialist. My service was aeration and seeding.

TruGreen specialist Dylan Brown did an excellent job applying treatment to our yard and providing suggestions on making it better.

I signed up for 7 months of lawn care, an aeration with seed and fertilizer, and one lime treatment. It's been 8 months and is now spring time. My yard looks worse than before they started.

We live in Loudon and Trugreen has the worst service and performance of their product. We had to pay almost $800 up front for a years worth of service and they told us they haven't been here since June and every time they say they are coming out nobody shows, nobody calls. My wife calls them back, we get the run around, not sure why you got "bumped", etc. My wife works from home and has never seen them here, so I'm sure we got scammed as our yard is full of weeds and crab grass, it's terrible. Find another company, these guys are the worst and we want our $800 returned!!!!!!!!!!

I am not a customer of TruGreen. They came and serviced my yard by accident. The ironic part is that the technician put the TruGreen yard marker right next to the wrong address. He proceeded to spill a large amount of granular (Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium) in a concentrated area in my small backyard. This caused my perfectly green yard to die in that spot. I have called 4 times and keep getting the run around. Do not use them. They are incompetent. They not only serviced the wrong yard but they did it wrong. My perfectly green yard now has a huge burn spot.

they leave a big mess at all of my customers yards. No attempt to clean up. All of the yards they treat in my area, look horrible and are full of weeds. Do not use them if you actually want your yard to look nice

The team explained all of the service they provided today / aeration and oversees. We discussed another section of grass and they examined and determined it seems to be responding to a weed kill that was performed 2 weeks previously. Very personable and patient with any questions we had for them.

Best lawn care service I have ever used. Everyone is highly skilled, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They really do care about the care and beauty of my lawn! They are simply the best!

Cameron was very nice & answered my questions. It looked like he did a good job & was efficient. He also put our sprinklers back, since on timer. I hope the core aeration & over seeding work.

Dakota came back and applied winter fertilizer. With coming rain, we’ll see how the grass responds. I’ve bee using TruGreen for years and they have always been responsive, thorough & professional. I do get very positive remarks about my lawn. Rick

Benjamin came and aerated & Over-seeded my lawn. He was fantastic! He listened to my comments. He was courteous, friendly & professional. I give him a superior rating. TruGreen is an excellent company with great lawn technicians! I’ve been using them for years.

Has to be the WORST lawn care company in the WORLD. Originally asked to have a soil sample taken first to guarantee what they needed to do. Never did the test until i asked 3-4 times, then it was 2 days after they did the first treatment. Well if you call pouring a small amount of lime in the bottom of the spreader and then a small abound of fertilizer on top of that, and walk part of the lawn, a treatment. Asked for the results from the local office of the soil test, never received it, finally called the customer service number and got a coordinator, she finally sent it 4 months after the test. The test stated we needed 32.2 pounds per 1000 sq/ft, and they applied 10 per sq/ft. Called about it and was told they wont put it all down at once. So they applied another 10 pounds later, so now we are still 10.2 pounds short of meeting the minimum requirements of the soil test.

11 different applications for the past 9 months with 9 different technicians, wow that makes for consistency. AND none of them do the same areas. There is not map of your yard what needs to be done,. The yard is SO MUCH WORSE than the day i called to try to get a thicker yard.

Trying to cancel the contract, since they raised it 15% last month and are not completing the services that are requested and destroying my yard.
