They barely spot spray my yard rather on the full yard they show lack of respect for your furniture on the patio and just drag the hose right across the patio furniture and slam them into each other and damage them I've talked to them about the problem but it still doesn't seem to matter.

We have been using Naturescape's lawn program for a couple years. They have always been dependable and professional. Recently my husband injured his knee and could not mow our lawn. Initially I hired a neighbor who owned a small business to take care of our mowing. Unfortunately I could not depend on his company to show up when scheduled or return my phone calls. I remembered Naturescape also did mowing so I contacted the office and explained my situation. A gentleman came early the next morning and took care of our mowing. They come every other week and always contact me a day before to let me know when they will arrive. They do a wonderful job mowing, trimming, and blowing.

I was lured in by the inexpensive annual program cost, turns out it was near worthless. Weeds everywhere, no idea what the tech was doing, no information what he was applying. My six month old sodded yard looked worse than when they started. After six months, I canceled the service. "Satisfaction Guaranteed" right? It's going on four weeks and I still don't have my refund yet. I couldn't recommend this business to anyone, under any conditions.

Chris, Rusty, Brandon, and the rest of the crew have done a great job for us. They completed our front yard landscaping last year and we are very happy with the way that it turned out. This year we hired them to design and install a complete overhaul of our backyard and we could not be happier with the results so far!

From the local office to the service techs Naturescape services have been great. Whenever we have called the office, Michelle has ALWAYS answered and been very professional & helpful (nice to have a "human" on the other end). The service techs actually DO the service they are here to do - you KNOW they have service the entire property & not just "hit or miss." Very satisfied with their Tree & Shrub Program & will continue to use their services.

We usually treat our yard ourselves, but thanks to the recent flooding in Knoxville this year the mosquitos were outrageous. We couldn’t get from the car into our house without getting bit multiple times. After the first treatment it completely transformed our outdoor living space. We have been able to be outside at any time of the day, and never get bit! Also, they have wonderful customer service!

Naturescape provides excellent service. In addition to delivering the services I contracted for, they will come out within 72 hours to address any issues i have.

I had a great experience on the phone with Brittany in the Knoxville location. She was very educated and answered all of my questions. Def say she has 100% customer service !! Can’t wait to start my new service soon
