Absolutely Horrible!!! I could write a book on here about how awful the service was. I pre-paid for the year. 1st treatment was early March second was late June. Not every six weeks as promised. My grass was destroyed. I ended up spending hundreds and doing it myself anyway. Huge mistake hiring this guy. Do Not use this service.

Great service and communication. Always let me know ahead of time when they are coming so I can leave my dogs inside. Reasonable price and they have helped changed my yard for the better. Will continue to use and recommend them!

Signed up for fertilizing and weed control for 7 treatments. A couple times treatments were 2-3 months apart instead of 4-6 weeks as we were originally told. Used weather as an excuse while other lawn maintenance services were still treating our neighbors’ yards during this time. Would have to call multiple times before anyone would ever call back. Last 3 treatments were all done in November and December 2-3 weeks apart just to get all of them in before the end of the year. We were on the call ahead list because we have a fenced yard with locked gate. A couple times they did not call ahead so the gate did not get unlocked, so of course no treatment & then would take several more calls to get them to come back. Other times they called to unlock the gate, which we did, and then they did not show up. On one visit for weed treatment, they did our yard & our neighbor’s yard in 12 minutes total. Of course, multiple spots were missed & they did not come back after phone calls from us in between treatments to retreat. Would not recommend and will not use again.

I should have given them negative star, if that was available. They don't do good job. See the pic below, I sent to the owner in March, they did not do anything. He told me he was looking at my service. Came in April, but did not treat the weeds. Still they called me to ask for April service payment. Now when I looked at my credit card payments for them, it looks like, for two of the services, they charged me twice. Be careful with this business, NEVER AGAIN !!

I’ve been with this company for 8 years. Our lawn has never looked better. While it’s recently changed ownership, we had a great visit with the new owner and are looking forward to continued great service. Jeremy seems very knowledgeable and personable. Prior to using Spring Green we were working with a national company. If you want a decent lawn in East Tennessee, you have to get a company that knows this area.
